I tend to change my bed sheet weekly. This is because I have this Hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating issue that my bed will have stain and get smelly if I don't change the bed sheet every week. Only if I am staying in air conditioned room that the bed sheet may last for 2 weeks before the need of changing the bed sheets.

I change my sheets once a week unless we are sick then everyday, cause I feel it is not healthly to sleep in a germ filled bed, I hang my bedding on the line also cause it smells so good and fresh

when i was first married 30 years ago i changed the sheets every week (water was also plentiful then even in the bush) as the years grew and the children came this chore lost its priority, today, my children are adults i change the bed when i think it needs changing, in winter not that often in summer not that often either now that i think about it. however, as life goes on there are much more important things to prioritise, but OH OH what a nice feeling when i do change them, dont suppose theres anyone out there who would enjoy changing my sheets for me(joke) every day.

I change them when they need it. In summer it can be daily, in winter it can be.....mmmmm...who knows? As long as they still smell nice and are not mucky, why care.
