I have just started working I have three sons and it's seems very hard to manage both home and work at the same time.

Nope. I'm a stay at home mom. But I do go to college too. :)

I suggest having certain days to do certain things and not to overdo it. Do the important things first and the other things only if you have time. Remember, whatever doesn't get done today will be there tomorrow...so no reason to rush.

Yeap, I am a working mom. There is no short cuts. I try to finish my dining arrangements on the weekends so that I don't have to cook on weekdays. Just cleaning and playing with my son. I also travel, hence double difficult. But organising is the key. Keep a list of what you want to do...and try to tackle it one by one. Try to do the laundry on the weekdays...so that you would get time on weekend. Involve your family with the work. That is very important.

I am not a mother but I am a housewife who does work from home. I am fully occupied with the computer and do my jobs like in an office. I get up early in the morning, do the usual house chores before turning on the internet. That's how I do it. thanks, cheerio.
