Sorry this one was so late, I'm spending some time with dad since his birthday is near Labor Day this year. Plus add in an important (and might I add weekend-disturbing) meeting and you end up a bit time-tied.
LIVE!!! From the Hyperastra Spacelab and Fortress, somehow transmitting despite the rapid going ons of life, but still knowing what you are up to, yet oddly enough still has to make a discussion about it in the first place... it is...!
"Pro's Free-for-All, WEEKEND!!!!"

Heeeeeeeeeeeeere's Pro!
Hello mylotters, welcome to my usual weekend discussion. This is where I talk about what's happening on my end and a chance for you to do the same. Its also a place just to have fun on mylot and/or get away from all the nonsense (on lot or in life).
You can also bring up topics that may be interesting to me (and by extent any friends and fans of Pro).
BUT! If your response bores me, or if it bores the friends and fans, or if I just feel like it... (or "strangely" if you actually ask for it), your response can and will be hijacked, then it'll be about something else...[don't worry it'll be in good fun and this is just part of the lulz :).]
Happy weekend, and have fun!

That's very nice that you're spending time with your dad! I am trying to get some things done since fall is setting in. But, my husband and I decided to do something special with the little one since it's the last weekend before he starts school. I'm not sure if I am happy or sad. I'll have to let you know next "weekend discussion" LOL
So we asked the little turkey what he wanted to do and he said, "go to McDonalds". HUH? lol We have a wonderful zoo here and something called Cedar Point which is an amusement park and so many other things to do and, the child wants McDonalds!
I hope you enjoy your weekend with your dad and have lots of fun!

I'm familiar with that nublet amusement park known as CE-DAR point. (Kidding, its one of my favorite amusement parks but I've not been recently).
And well... about the little one, you heard the kid. I guess its McDonalds. Just add "Don't say we didn't do anything to you before school started, I'll keep this in mind for the next (8-9) months!". Course you could always go to McDs after going to the zoo or the amusement park.
So far its been fun visiting dad throughout the weekend.

What state are you in that you have been to Cedar Point? I'm always amazed when I talk to people that live so far away that travel to Ohio just to go to Cedar Point. I grew up with it about 30 minutes from my house and I never really thought of it as "a big deal".

Cedar Point in Ohio? That Cedar Point? I can't wait until my boys are old enough/tall enough to get on all the roller coasters there! They are gonna have a blast! But isn't Cedar Point FARRRR away from you Pro? You traveling to Cedar Point is like me traveling to Las Vegas.

I had a crazy weekend trying to get in the last blast of FUN now that school has started for everyone and I go back to work on Tuesday after my long over due hiatus. So Friday we all went to the drive in. Yesterday we cleaned up from our vacation from last week and then threw water balloons at each other and chased each other about with super soakers. Today was a weird day. We went and played mini golf then went out for Ice Cream. Tomorrow we are having a cookout.
Then Tuesday it is back to the grind.

Now that's definitely fun. Of course I wouldn't trade this particular weekend for it. I will however have to do something like the above in an upcoming weekend (especially before it gets too cold and crazy to do so). Hope the cookout is fun too!
