I'm afraid that on many occasions I speak before I think. I have hurt many people over the years. What I think is funny does not always sit well with the people to whom I am speaking. I love to make people laff but sometimes I'm taken seriously and it hurts.

I know what you mean.. sometimes it realy depends on the crowd as to what can be said and what should not be said.. not everyone has the same kind of humour i guess =)

I would like to say that I always think before I speak, but alas that is not the case in every instance. And yes, there have been times when I have hurt someone by a comment I have made, and generally that was because my mouth was working faster than my brain and so it all came out wrong.

It depends. If I'm really mad, sometimes I'll just blurt things out. But I try to think before I speak most of the time. It's always safer that way.

i usually think first...i never want to be misunderstood...had a lot of adverse experiences in the past connected to it...hehe
