by pass a block site?

Hey Mylotters! so I have a few things I need to do while I am here at work to multi task, but many site at my job have been recently blocked. I use to use proxy sites when they would put blocks up but now those are not working. Dose anyone have any ideas about how to get to block site other then using a proxy site?
