what are the best ways to concentrate while reading?
i always get distract and cant really focus.
could anyone help...

One way to focus on what you are reading is to try reading out loud. This works quite well especially with school lessons and "dry" or boring subjects.

What do you read? a book, novel or preparing for an exam?
If you are reviewing, I know one that could help you, if you have any recorder, music player, phone nowadays have features like that, first record every thing you need to review, then while reading play the recorded one.
