What do you think about sweating with the oldies?

I have been working out and I like the Richard Simmons work outs and stretchs. Have you tried them and what is your opinion? I found them on youtube.

They are alot of fun. It is not one of those that you dread to do or get so bored with. The best news is that they work. You have to be ontop of your diet and combinging it. Appreciate the response!

Great to know you can find them on youtube. I think they would be fun. I love his enthusiasm and positive ness. I hope you are successful reaching your goals. I need to set some and head out to meet them.Like maybe my first goal is to lose ten pounds. Hmmmm.

If you do these regularly, they do help. I have combined them with diet changes and can already feel a difference. These go fast and do not make you get bored. I can keep these up and really am excited about finding them!

Cool! I've always wanted to try them. I really like Mr. Simmons, he's very compassionate and treats people so nicely. I do need to move more. Thanks for letting us know they are there!!

If you had not tried the stretchs, you will love them too. I am so glad that I found out about these being on you tube. There are many others there but his are my favorite! I have been doing them everyday! I love the music and my girlfriend is also going to start these.
