Dear Shar,
No, coconut water are actually the water which is in
the whole coconut whereas coconut milk are in actual
fact it the old coconut flesh that they grated and add
a bit of water and squeeze the milk out.
Coconut water are refreshing as a drink.
Coconut milk (white in colour) are normally use for
cooking curry, rice or make dessert.
Cheers and hope to hear your views on my other topics too!

I love coconut water, it can really quench my
thirst. I drink it like twice a week. The price
for one whole coconut is around RM2.50 -RM3.00.
It is alkaline and very good to boost our body
immune system as alkaline will neutralise the acid
in our body

The coconut seller will slide off the top and bottom
making it flat for the top to act as base. Then he flips
over to cut off the bottom until the water is exposed and
hand to me with a drinking straw and long metal spoon for
me to enjoy. The long metallic spoon is for me to scoop up
the flesh.

I would go for ice-cold coke or pepsi, though it's definitely not healthy. But it seems to be the best thirst quencher. If there is none, then I would opt for ice-cold black coffee. And if any of these are unavailable, I would make do with water!

It is good to know that you drink water every 15 to 30 minutes. That is really healthy. I wish I can do that also.

Whenever I am thirsty I drink water. I generally drink atleast 3 liters of water in a day. I do drink coffee/tea during the afternoons but it is not because I am thirsty, but only because I am feeling tired.
There are some mornings where I take juice instead of coffee, but I never take soda. This is mainly due to the fact that sodas are very unhealthy - they are nothing but mixture of water, sugar and carbon dioxide.
In my experience and opinion, nothing feels satisfying as water when you are thirsty.

I live for water. Living in a hot climate it has to be iced water. I would say I drink easily 10 glasses or 6 or 7 pints a day. In a bar or restaurant I prefer club soda if I can get it (or sparkling water - same thing really). On a really hot day after a round of golf, nothing beats a pint of ice cole club soda with a little lime cordial mixed in. Mmmmmmm!

I usually drink sweet tea...sometimes green tea but usually just regular ole tea. Once in awhile I will drink orange juice or apple juice and I also like the different fruit mixes they sell at convenience stores. My current favorite is banana colada.

I switch it up between coffee, water, and energy drinks. Obviously the best choice for me would be to drink the water and skip the caffeinated beverages, but of course I don't. It's an addiction! So they're hard to break . I am aware of the consequences of drinking too much caffeine though - high blood pressure, palpatitions, quicker-than-normal heart rate, and so on - but I still drink just as much of it.

i prefer drinking water only, because i think drinking anything else will not satisfy your thrust, it will post pone the time of your thrust but it will not fully satisfy your thrust, to satisfy your thrust you need to drink water only. and that's what i do always and i prefer that only.

Cold water is the best way to ease my thirstiness. I also like mango, pineapple, ice tea and orange juice. Softdrinks is a no no for me for it has a high content of sugar.
