So, tonight after work, I was driving my car on my way home. About two blocks away from my home, there was a red light on the intersection, and it was red I vividly remember. Somehow, I just pass through it without stopping. What was going on in my mind? Luckily, there was only two cars waiting to make a left turn, otherwise I might just got hit. Somehow, I just couldn't understand myself, Was I lost my concentration or what, it was "red light", and I just kept on going straight. Have this ever happen to any of you?

Since you had a bad day from your work, no one can really blame you for anything. You simply have to drive carefully nowadays, and policemen are out there looking for troubles. No one can control their emotion, but hopefully, everyone is safe.

Yes it has but only a very few amount of times. The first couple were in the middle of the night so it wasn't such a bad thing. but this one time it was early in the morning when people were out and going to work. And I still remember my boyfriend yelling 'Red light!' and by the time I saw it I couldn't stop. It was horrible. He was really mad at me and I felt terrible too! I don't know what I was thinking.

It actually remind me of a couple months ago, when I was driving my father to the grocery store. I look at the red light in front of me, and when I saw the car in the front block moving, so I did move my car too. My father was shouting at me, "red light, red light", were you losing your mind or somethingl like that. I just awoke from it.

Yes, I have done that. And then I am just like you wondering what the **** was wrong with me, why did I do that I could have gotten myself killed. I think we all blank out from time to time while driving. It is really scary when you do though because you know you are lucky to have not hit or gotten hit by another car. I am very un-easy once I realize I have blacked out while driving.

Something similar happened to me a couple of years ago. I don't know where my mind was or what I was thinking. I made a left hand turn on red. Luckily there were no cars coming and no police around! As I was making the turn my husband was saying "you just turned LEFT at a RED light". That hasn't happened since.

Well, honestly, It happened to me a couple of times already. I was wondering what I was thinking, why would I do that at that moment. Obviously, it was red light, and I should stop and wait. Woosh, I should clear my head sometimes.

I've done this several times. I think in most cases it happens when I am off in my own little world. When I was in college it was something that was routine for me as I was driving back to school from home. For some reason, I would just blank out during a long drive.
The last time that I ran a red light was when I was going to pick up my daughter from school one day last year. The sun was in such a way that it obscured the light and I really couldn't tell what color it was. I only noticed that I'd run a red light after I got past the light.

We once did and I don't ever want anything like that to happen again. We were going to some party and we dont know which way to take on the crossroad. We were on the middle of it and we still dont know what to do and then the light turned red, We were stuck in the middle and we were so scared. Police then started pulling over and guided as towards the side of the road. Luckily we did not induce any accidents. The police were also very cooperative. We explained that we were new to the place, we were in a hurry for the party and so they let us go without any trouble. I felt so lucky and blessed. I hope noting like that would ever come my way again.

In all the time that I have been driving I think I had driven through a red light once accidentally. I can remember why it happened. I was just so distracted and was having a conversation with people that were in the car. I didn't realise it was red, well I sort of did I suppose, that was only after I had driven past it though. Yes it could have been incredibly dangerous and I am just glad nothing awful happened that day. I am always extra careful about being more attentive on the road since that day.
