Time Travelers Wife Book vs the Movie

I know there are no members yet on the leaderboard for Time Travelers Wife, but I would love to get new people on board here with me. Has anyone read this book, or seen the movie? I did both. The book was great, but a little hard to follow. The movie was also great, but could have been so much more. What are your thoughts if you have read or seen the movie?
