There are some breeders that advocate fresh food. For me I am using Eukanuba for puppies at it proves to be a good alternative to fresh foods and all the essential vitamins and minerals required for good growth.

I feed my dogs people food. Mostly meats and eggs.. I watched a show on TV one time and it said not to feed dogs corn and not to buy dog food as the first ingredent listed as corn. If they get hurt it takes them longer to heal. So I dont buy dog food as corn listed first

Yes I do feed my dogs human food. They LOVE chicken. What's more nourishing than chicken? Or less nourishing?

I feed my dog a little scrap of something when I eat. I would never give him a whole bowl then he might get sick but a little peice of meat once in a while has never hurt my dog!~

I have talked to several veterinarians about feeding dogs people food. I’m told it is perfectly alright as long as you don’t feed them the scraps. Dogs do just fine with people food as long as you don’t feed them something you would not eat. Make sure they get a balanced diet. Of course dogs love meat but will also eat most cereal-based foods. They will also eat many vegetables.

human food has good enough nutrition for dogs .. but yes .. the amount of salt we use in our foods is troublesome for dogs .. they develop irritation in their skin and feel a burning sensation in their tummies .. fruits and vegetables .. totally fine .. my dog loves them

I had a dog called badger. it is a samoyed and we would feed it little debbie zebra cakes. one every other day as a treat. I also knew this man that would fry chicken legs debone it and feed it to his dog every night. As for people food being people food and dog food being dog food, do you realy think there was always dog food since the begining of time? Dogs have eaten the same things we all have, and maybe more.

I don't feed my dog human food, but it seems like when my friends are over they are constantly feeding him human food. i really think that is kinda rude. Don't you think you would ask permission before you do something like that
