I have been talking about my birthday present for some time now. I wanted an ED HARDY bag. My honey gives the money and I order the bag. I couldnt find any real information, good or bad, regarding the site itself. So, yes I took a chance and ordered the bag. THat was the 2nd of September. As of the 11th they hadnt even begun to send the bag. I have been sending them emails two to three times daily regarding the status. I wasnt getting any relief. I opened an email regarding shoe and low and behold guess who. The same people under different website. And to my luck they were having a live order session also taking questions. I happily signed on and ambushed them. I told them what happened and what I ordered and never got. I could tell by the response they were like OMG!Come to find out this wasnt a genuine site, it was in CHINA! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? I told the others just what happened to me. I finally got a response that my money was being refunded. THis was the 12th of September. NOw I am just waiting..... Has anyone experienced this type of crap? If you want designer bags, shoes, sneakers, etc., DONT go thru Fresh Urban Wear!

Up until four days ago I hadn't even heard of Ed Hardy. The daughter of my dad's neighbor told me my shirt looked like an Ed Hardy and asked where I got it. Later that night on Project Runway (actually the half hour model show afterward), a designer from Ed Hardy showed up. So I looked online to see what their merchandise was.
I am SO sorry they went and ruined this for you. Will you be able to get an Ed Hardy bag somewhere else online for an affordable price?

Thanks for your well wishes. And yes I did get to order another bag. Fortunately for me my man is generous and gave me more money(that we dont have) to get another from Ed Hardy directly or a licensed vendor. I found a different one but just as great. It should be delivered today. I have my entire apartment building on the lookout for my bag. I didnt really care about Ed Hardy until my best friend, who luvs skulls, began wearing him. I began to see different peices and said to my self with the right clothes this could be a great look. I am in the process of giving my self a make over so I wanted to see all my options. I am also a BAG FREAK! I love all bags from Coach, Dolce Gabbana, to walmart and now ED HARDY! I want to warn others to watch out for Fresh Urban Wear no matter what they are ordering. SInce I have posted this discussion I have been told there are others who have been thru the same thing. I am going to do my best to put the word out. Be careful all my myLotters. dl

Lets hope that I get the money! They said it. Let's only hope they do it. Right? I am glad to be able to put the word out there. I am upset because it was my birthday present. I have had my heart set on this bag. Usually I dont ask for anything that specific or expensive. I couldnt believe that my honey gave me the money to get it. I figured I would order it and have it on or shortly after my day. When my bday had come and gone and no communication I knew it was all wrong. Life lesson learned and now I can share it with yous. dl

Oh, that is bad. You know that China makes all those fake bags. If you get it, it may be so much lead in it, that it would give you brain damage to use it. I got a pair of shoes like that.

Oh yes girlfriend You are correct! China is very WELL known for Knock offs. Fresh Urban Wear didnt come off as anything other than American. I looked thru the entire website and nothing remotely sounded asian. On the ED HARDY website they had some bags from prior seasons for under $200. When I was only charged $150, I thought it was because the design was a couple of seasons back. I didnt really think anything of the transaction until my birthday came and went and every email I received stated a different reason as to why they didnt have the bag on its way. Now I am waiting for the money to be refunded. I can only hope that its returned in a reasonable amount of time. It took them 3 minutes to withdraw it. I cant understand why I must wait forever to put it back. I think they take long because they arent gaining any thing. I have one word for Fresh Urban Wear, JERKS! dl

I thought you did say China. You know, you may want to change your credit card, or at least put a limit on it, now that you have used it on a scam site. I don't think Asia is nearly as bad as China is. Although, now Asia does have some things going on too.

No, I have been lucky in that way. I only have had good experiences online, but I make sure that I always deal with the most reputable sites. It is not good to have to deal with scams and you can always run into that on the web. I find it not cool at all.

That sad for your birhtday, my friend. By the way in sresponse to your discussion. I never experience that because I am afraid to buy online. I don't know if those sites really deliver the items or not. Another thing is that we can use credit card and or debit card to buy online. We don't if those are safe using our cards...
Have a nice day my friend...

SO true my friend. I was like that in the beginning. Most of the time they tell you in the beginning that the site is secured. But I understand the skepticism of it all. I started buying on sites that I new. THen I researched the sites and seemed to be doing fine. This time the site gave no clue as to being overseas or anything. WHat made me suspicious was the fact that any emails sent were always in the early morning. 3 a.m. I am just waiting to be credited. We'll see. thanks dl

That is the reason I am afraid of buying online because who knows about that websites if this is secure or not?
There are many hacker all around the Internet today. More scammed websites will be created intended for that purpose, so I prefer not to buy online. It is better to go shopping than shopping online...
Have a nice day!

NO way! Are you telling me Tantrums that you have ordered from Fresh Urban Wear as well. If so I am going to do something about It. I dont know what but something. They have a website called Yelp.com that rates any type of business from food to clothes etc. THere has to be a site you can rate a website. I am going to find it. Maybe I will purchase a site and start it. Please send me a PM regarding your experience. It could also be Dragon Faith Corporation limited or airjordunhunt.com. Airjordanhunt is how I got them. I received an email regarding sneakers. I had inquired about sneakers when I was ordering my bag. I took a chance and it paid off. Luckily they were holding live chat ordering that night. This is also how I figured the site was out of the US. THey always emailed me at the same time 3 a.m.. I was on the internet at 3 a.m. when the live orders were being taken. I figured it had to be over seas due to the time difference. When the person begain chatting I could tell by the name YUKI and the fact that it asked you to down load some thing to help them in chinese. Gotcha mother clucker! I sent this big message for all to see regarding the incident. Within minutes they sent me an email stating a refund was on the way. Now I am waiting, again. Please send me a message regarding your experience. If you dont want to get involved I also understand. dl

You are so right Tantrums, that site should be closed asap. Wouldn't it be nice to have one site where we could all post these scammers in one place? That way, we could have a cross reference of people "rating" the reliability and honesty of the site. Sometimes, no matter how thoroughly you research a website, you can still get scammed. Somebody should start a blog or something like Anti-scammers Unite! Now that would be one blog that should attract a lot of traffic.
This is one good example of when you should never use a credit card in online transactions. Once they have the card number, you have to be very careful not to receive monthly charges or "special" purchases that you did not authorize.
I HATE scammers!

I have been fortunate that this has not happened to me. I have had a few times that I had trouble with ebay sellers but if you use PayPal to pay for it, then you get your money back as long as you report it to ebay and to PayPal. Then PayPal goes after the people. It is the same with Amazon marketplace sellers. If you do not get your item, then report it to Amazon and you get your money back and they go after the people.

However if they are a business in China then you're not going to get your item that fast. Air mail takes a while. I'm not sure how it was a scam. A scam means you don't get your money back and obviously they gave it back to you.
As I said airmail can take at least 10 business days if not longer. I have airmailed so many things so I know all about it. Perhaps you need to be aware of who you're buying from though. If you don't want to wait order with a local company.

I have the worst luck. I should have known it would carry over on the internet as well. I am so upset. My boyfriend has actually given me more money to order another rather than wait to be credited. It is actually being delivered today. I have literally stalked UPS. lol I have signs on the door to get into my apartment as well as my neighbor is on the look out. I am not going to miss this. I am soooo excited. I dont get very many expensive bags. I have some but our finances really didnt even alot for this bag. I am so excited. I have a nervous stomach ache. I have to work 9 -2 then go to school 5 -9 I hope its there before i get home from work. That would be nice but again knowing my luck. Cross your fingers for me. Thank heavens you have never went thru this. Its time consuming and very aggrivating. dl

So sorry to hear that..We have to beware of those sites and better do some research on both the products and the sitebeforehand. If you could find out it is from China before you buy, it sure let you rethink for a few more times.
However I once ordered a Soundcard from a China site. I did take the risk and ordered it. I believe it is a genuine site as the site owner is one of the moderators on a reputable music forum. Luckily it did arrived and worked well for me so far, but I won't take the risk second time again, especially if it is a China site trying to disguise themselves as foreign brands.

Good point FISHY! If I had known it was from China I wouldnt have ordered it because I know Ed Hardy isnt out of CHina. I am not in any way saying that good products and business come from China. I am saying that knocks off are known for being made in China. Some great knock offs at that. I am upset because this company didnt mention China anywhere in its web site. Also they werent very business like. This is where I began to question their authenticity. THe emails I received were written as if they were in kidnergarten. I understand they are chinese. However, usually in a business setting they have people that can translate it to make it look professional. Clearly this wasnt the case. I just want to warn people of this particular scammers. THis isnt about China its about Fresh Urban Wear, Dragon Faith Corporation Limited, and Airjordanhunt. I cant afford this type of loss. It was a special occasion where my boyfriend saved up to get me this gift. He also rebought another bag from the Ed Hardy Website. So we have lost so much. Its not fair. I am trying to save others from making the same mistakes. thanks for your response. dl

I think buying online anything is always risky. One should buy antthing online when you are very much sure of getting that thing. One must check whether the site is guaranteed. Has anybidy purchased from there? If somebody of your acquaintance has bought anything? If we want to buy anything online we should be careful and ry to buy small thing and when we are sure then only try to buy any thing which is not so but little costly. It is better to go personally to shops and buy anything. Thank you.

I am so sorry this has happened to you! No, I never have had this to happen to me. I ordered a music stand from ebay one time and I got it just fine. It seemed like it took a long time to get here, though. I found out sometime laer that it was at the front door all that time! I just didn't think to check the front door because I hardly ever come in and go out that door. I hope they do refund your money at least. I know you're very disappointed, too. Kathy.

ARE U SERIOUS? You have never heard of anyone ordering something on a website and then being scammed. Wow! You are lucky. I had heard it happening but honestly didnt think it would happen regarding my order. I know of websites you can post reviews, both bad or good, about any type of business. I am going to find one who does it for websites. If I dont maybe its time I made a new site. dl

Hi Dloveli,
I am sorry for what your experience, but it does not mean that the goods from China is not worthy of it. Everywhere is full of cheating and we should take care of it and pay much more perception on that. One of my friends also got the crap on the net by buying a fashional cellphone there, $320, almost $50 cheaper than the real market, that is why it is so attractive and why my friend is easy to catch the scam there.
