What would you do if you found out a friend of yours has been talking about you to someone about thing to do with you and this friend of yours has been saying things to you yet saying something different to other people?

I would be very upset with that friend. I don't have many friends because of experience like this. And I would feel differently for that friend, too. It upsets me for anyone to treat another that way. Happy Mylotting

Hi there jugsjugs!
Well, if that ever happen to me, I may or may not confront her or him depending upon the degree of the mess that he or she made. But one things, for sure, I will never trust that person again and our relationship will never be the same again. I rarely give my full trust to a person and once broken, I will never take chance again.

That happened to me some years ago, and to tell you the truth I chose not to confront her and just started to stay away from her. I'm really not the confrontational type when it comes to situations like these. I've moved on anyways and whatever else she says about me, I wouldn't really care.

I would go right to the source - your so called friend should not be afraid to say anything face to face with you that he/she has been saying to others behind your back. Gossip and innuendo can damage reputations and break hearts. It needs to be stopped in its tracks before it goes any further.
