I wash my face before sleeping..

Its been a fresh feel always to get the feel of the cold water before one goes to sleep.The whole day's works and busy environment will get a real relaxing effect to go with a face wash with water. This make me get the real feel of lazy,cozy and tight sleep. Many would take a bath instead. Express your views.

Im a face washing before bedtime too. I have many reason for doing so. I wash to remove my makeup. If I haven't worn makeup that day then I wash for to remove any dust that may landed on my face. The list goes on and on. I do like the cooling feeling after I do wash my face. I think it also helps me sleep better. That probably is in the back of my mind..LOL..Have a great day..

The dirt and oily stuck particle do go off and also when during the fresh new morning one gets a new look at things.The clean face also enable us to get a good sleep.

Hi, I'm the one who can't go to sleep without taking a shower, it's like all the dust and dirts that have accumulated during the day, I'll be taking them all to sleep if I don't shower. I take extra time washing my face too. The feel of cold water has a soothing and relaxing effect that guarantees a good night sleep.

Shower is better than cleaning one's face.All tidy and neat and the part of freshness is so soothing that the sleep comes over to one without forcing it,rather! This habit make one healthy as well and the charm remains for a long long time even if we aren't taking care of the body after wards or giving it a break!

i think bathing will be a better option as it will make the whole body free and fresh rather than only the face.thus, the sleep becomes more cozy and restful.

Yes its a better choice,everyday is it possible though.The busy schedules and many engagements makes one so tired and out of proportion that one feels a wash of face is only needed before a sleep. The perfect one will definitely be the bathing experience.

I do NOT wash my face in cold water before sleeping. If I did this, I would not be able to sleep. I bathe in the mornings, usually. However, the first thing I do in the morning while waiting for my tea is to splash cold water on my face to try to diminish the puffiness from my eyes.

Well, every has their choice,it would get one's sleep fade away still a wash and after that a little break of a few minutes and then sleeping may help,I guess!The morning washes are pretty than the before bed washes ,though the wash before the bed makes me always go to bed with a relaxed sort of mind.

I too wash my face before sleeping at night if i sleep without washing my face i feel my face very itchy, and it really irritates me whole night.I wash my face and also put some light cream before i sleep, or sometimes i just leave my face without any creame but i do wash my face regularly before i sleep.

The uncomfortableness is sure if the usual care is not taken for of our face . As you suggest you use creams and always wash your face with water, has never been disadvantageous, am I true,some say they get rough face upon waking after they had washed with water the previous night.Well this would have been the case with the particular skin of people,who need extra care,not only just water.

i always see to it that i wash my face before i go to sleep. i even take a shower before i go to sleep. i spent all day outdoors so it's the right thing to do to get rid of all the dust and dirt.

Alternative thing to do before the night's sleep is surely a slow and relaxing shower. The person should have the mentality to regularly do that as a habit and well that surely helps them.

Hi there! I don't wash my face before going to sleep. Oh yeah it is relaxing, you have a point there. But the thing is my eyes are so tired that I just wanna sleep. I wash my face after waking up in the morning, it takes away my sleepiness and feeling that i wanna take a sleep again. Happy my lotting to you!

The water before the sleep do gives a sleep lost feeling to many,the sleep is more important here ain't it.The water spoils it you say,the morning wash is good too.The fresh feeling remains even its night or morning.Its not to be a habit though,the daily mood depends.

I can't sleep when my face is still dirty. And it's not good for your skin as dirt can cause pimples. I wash my face before going to bed and I also put on night cream to moisturize my skin. I love how it works giving me supple skin the next day with just one overnight treatment. I too use facial scrub/peeling and mask twice a week.

So much care you give to your skin,water has its effect too,right. The last day of a day's work would be the washing face thing,its not followed by all,but I have liked the way it has turned out for me with washing my face before sleep.

I like to wash my face before bed as well. I hate feeling dirty and gross like I'm not completely clean before bed. I like to use a soft scrub to wash my face. I also like to once a week get a good oatmeal or mud faical. I have all the stuff to od it myself at my house.

Everyone likes to sleep free of dirt,even if we dearly maintain our bed and clothes we put on during the sleep,are not always enough for the clean and much comfortable sleep.Washing surely adds to the comfort in my view.Good day.

I really don't like splashing my self before sleeping since that usually keeps me awake. Cold water on a cold day = no sleep. I usually drink some milk or have a small snack so I don't crave for a large breakfast in the morning. And yeah I sometimes do take a bath wallowing in the tub.

The cold water do makes feel us lose the good mood of sleeping that has come up. The water gives a different feel altogether,all would try this at least once I guess. Washing our face even enables to stop the oily content if any.
