Hi everyone Gissi here, yep me is back, I am dog for those who do not know me
Well I have had some time with Mum, all I will say is, I am glad she has the Internet BACK, goodness talk about being moody, and bad tempered at times, not with me but when something would not go Mum's way, she would get really moody, then all the cleaning, which it did not need, she was suppose to rest but no she just cleaned and cleaned and she is not suppose to do that, then she would cry because she overdid and made herself Ill, then she would hide my Chewies when she got bored, clean my bed all the time, so I would have to sort it my way again every Night, then Mum would complain that I was to noisy , well tough, she should have left my bed alone, I do NOT want my Blanket folded I want it the way I fold it, I do not want my Cushions nice I want them squashed and scrapped, then she washed my bi Cushion that is in the living room, I had just got all my Chewy smells on it and she goes and washes it
She wanted to bath me yesterday, but no way, now she was going to far, I ran and hid under the Bed and I wold not come out either, by the time I did Mum was to tired and went to sleep, so that was a narrow escape for me, the only time she was quiet is when she was designing and making her cards, she then finished all hers and well I got saved by a wonderful Friend who put an order in with Mum to make her some cards which then kept Mum busy, but she nearly finished the second order, she ran out of Ink, again we had a moment of throwing the Teddy in the corner, then Postman came this morning and I was really hoping he had the Parcel for Mum which would put Mum back here, I closed my eyes as Mum opened the Door, and yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh the thing that puts her back on the Net had arrived, yes so no throwing Teddies, no shouting at the People who had to send her it, no moody Mum, and best of all she managed to set it all up with no hitch or Problems, now it means, I will have peace, thank goodness, Mum has worn me out
So we are back and I really hope that Mum will never be of the Net again, she drives me mad
So how would you be f you where of the Net more then a couple of Days ?
Mum was of for 10 Days

Hello Gissi, like your mom I go bonkers too. I clean alot even though things had just been done...lol. I also mess with my babies things. I put their toys back in their basket where I think they belong, for them to look at me and get the back out again. Always rooting to the bottom of the pile as that's the one they want the most.
We also take off running with things we don't want her to get, but she gets them away...so we have to dig them back out.
She cleans out the frig which is always a good thing for us as she gives us goodies from the, left over food that she decided needed to be taken out..mind you she is disgusted and bored as she does not have her internet to talk to her friends, so we reap the benifits in many ways.
She also goes out shopping more and brings us back toys and treats, we do like this.
She makes herself hurt and cries too like your mom. She has to lay down a lot because she over did it again.
I think most moms are alight in many ways.

you are so right. Mom loves us, and we keep her going...but so does her friends. If not for them mom would be depressed again and we don't want her going through that again, it was real bad.

I was without the internet for a couple of hours the other night and it drove me nuts.....I did however get a few things done inbetween trying to hook up....the circuts were all busy....I think they were updating our computer we connect with but still it made me nuts! Do you think mum will share pictures of her cards with us? I certainly hope she will!

Hiding your chewies? Now that is really cranky!!! Thank goodness she's got it back!
I think I'd be cranky too, the only difference is that I would still have it work (crossing fingers about still having a job). My kids would get cranky if they couldn't get on Wizard 101 and YouTube though.

Hi there Pixel, I remember that as Mum said poor Pixel, it is awful to be without the Net, at least Mum's was only 10 Days and that was enough, I don't know if I would still live here or have packet my Bags and found a new Home if Mum had to go without for longer
Poor you 2 months that must have been awful

Hi Gissi,
Its Tom here, Baby is asleep as usual and don't want to play, yeah I am so happy that your mum got her net back and it won't do for my mum to lose hers, she has got a very bad temper and she would get into temper with my dad, that makes me run for cover as she can shout the lace down, I did hear something about making cards when mum was talking to your mum on the phone, they can gas for England and then mum forgets to feed me, now that is not on!! I want my didnner and I want it now!! eventually I get it, well Gissi make sure you don't worry your mum too much, though but we cats are too independant but we can't open our can of food, I jut tun my back on mum after I have my dinner and go to sleep. Take care and here a lick from me.
Tom.

Hi Tom I know what you mean I was getting a Headache at this end, how comes that Mum's can always talk so much I mean you needed feeding, my Legs where totally crossed I don't know they just did not consider us did they ?
As for the Cards, well you should have heard the Language coming out of Mum's mouth when she ran out of Ink and only had the one card to print, I had to put my paws over my ears or I would have been repeating them

Hello, my sweet little nephew! I have missed you.
Thank you, Gissi, for being such a sweet mischief-maker and keeping Mum occupied while she was off the net. I know it was very upsetting for you, having your cushions and blankets always neat and tidy, but at least it gave YOU something to do too. I know you really (secretly) enjoyed all the attention.
The only time I've been off the net is when I'm away, and then I'm so busy I wouldn't have time to be here anyway.
I sent you the key for the next chapter of the book. Have you read it? This chapter is a little harder to understand, but I know you'll manage it.

Hi there Auntie Cloud, my Auntie Cloud, I have missed you so much
I got the Key but Mum hid my Torch while cleaning and she says she can't remember where she put it I bet she does though
It was a Pain having to "tidy" my stuff after Mum had tidied it all
Then she would sometimes brush me twice a Day I mean once was enough
I love you Auntie Cloud and I have missed you so much and I know Mum has to
big Hugs and Kisses .....your Nephew Gissi xxx

Heyyyyyyyyyyyy Gissi my main man..How you been? Tigger here -gives Gissi a kitty kiss- I had no clue you and your mom weren't here. My mom didn't say a word to me about it and has been hogging the computer for over a month now. Yeah, we were off internet for a whole month. I kept pounding on the keys yowling at mom to turn it on so I can talk to my friends and she kept telling me the box broke that delivers the internet and is waiting on a new one. Now that we are back online, she hogs it. I tried to escape my crate a few times but mom catches me and puts me right back. Darn leg is bothering me something fierce. I keep cussing at it in hope it would either go away or heal for once. Well, I gotta go. Mom found out I escaped again and is coming after me.
Later dude!
Tiggy

eh, it don't hurt none. Just in the way is all. Hard to use my box without going outside it. See, the dr. fixed it so I can't bend it at all so it sticks straight out. Once I'm out of the cage, I can get around just fine on 3 legs but in the cage I can't get around so well without bumping it against everything. I keep spilling my food dish cause of it.

hiya Gissi, Dexter here. My mum keeps her computor in a big black bag she lugs about. it lives mainly by the side of the chair next to my toy basket. when we go away on holiday or for weekends, she takes it with her, but fails to get an internet connection, she has tried, but you need pass words and things , and my mum never has time , to sort this out. she gets very cross too. she knows that she gets lots of e mails and she likes to do research on family trees, and it builds up . my mum has to read all her mails, she is a bit compulsive like that, but she can spot the spam mails like all mums can. i usually keep an eye on her from my basket expecially when we are at home because of my toys are in the vicinity. but admitted if she loses patience with her computor she never gets cross with me. my mum says to tell your mum , she is glad she has got her internet connection back.best wishes from dexter

The thing when internet crashes when I very badly and urgently need it make s me go crazy and wander here and there in search of anything much interesting like the one lost.My mum would surely make me do some choirs too when I am free and the fact is that mum mum doesn't use the net, wow, right I am able to get her work done if any through the internet. There is not much of a problem with my mum,in case I fail is doing any thing she wants me to do,then I get all the blame, that's all.

Hello Gissi ^^ once when I was in college, I didn't have any internet for a few months, it was really really horrible. I ended up on the phone all the time and playing video games to pass the time, I must say that my social life (and the quality of my school work) suffered. I hope to never go through that again. I'm glad your mum was able to get her internet back, it must have been stressful trying to help her stay calm, now you can relax ^_^ and possibly continue to avoid baths (but only every other one, otherwise your fur could get icky .

Gissi, you must be patient with your mum. Sherlock had a little fit with me this past week. I gave him a bath in the kitchen sink instead of the bathroom tub, and he did not like it. I think Gissi, if you were here with him, you would have helped him escape! So be good to your mum, and let's both hope she feels better.

Wow!! Gissi, it is a miracle you survived all of that. I am sure Mum was out of sorts. Now that she has the internet back, she should get back to being herself. If this ever happens again, you are welcome to come hide at my house. I won't make you take a bath if you don't want one.

Oh Gissi - sorry to say I would be the same way as your Mum, and have been, when I don't have internet. Really went crazy one night went all night will no electricity or internet - no computer (back up battery ran down), not TV, no videos, no CDs, not radio. Good thing you weren't here as much as I'd love to have you visit :) I am soooo glad she's back in business and will give you some peace though :) big hugs to you and Mum :)

Hi Gissi, Poppy here. I know how you feel bro, because we had no internet for 3 weeks a while ago, and boy, did I know it. Dad wasn't too bad, but mum got really cranky because she couldn't talk to her friends and do all her other "stuff" on the computer. She did the same to me with my bed Gissi - she stripped it and washed every blanket and cushion and every toy of mine she could get her hands on!
Mums are like that, aren't they? Then when she re-made my bed with the clean blankets, she made it all nice and pretty - so, like you, I had to scratch it all up in a pile to get it right again.
However, there was a good side to it for me, because I got a lot more attention, and we went out for walks in the park and visits to my friends. Well, it was good - except for having a bath when I didn't really need it, and getting brushed every single day, which was totally unnecessary in my view!
So I'm glad to hear your mum is back on the net again and things are back to normal in your house!
BTW - I joined your Fun Place today - tell your mum!

Hi there Sweet Poppy I have missed you really bad I don't even have your Phone Number to talk to you on the Phone, I sometimes call Auntie Cloud
I know you joined today as we have left you a message and I saw all your Beautiful Photographs
Mum says we have to move in with you as the House is lovely so what do you think, I could always come alone and leave Mum behind
I certainly got longer walks to but then Mum was having Problems and had to keep stopping I still get the longer walks now as I am on Steroids and they are putting a bit of weight on me which I am not aloud because of my Heart but I love running around without my Lead on when we go to the big Park
Love to you Poppy xxx

Well.. yeah.. I can understand! There were days when there was no net for ages altogether and I was badly in need of psychiatric treatment at that time. Then, I sat myself down and told myself sternly that this won't do.. I mean, losing my peace of mind and happiness whenever the Internet went for a vacation just won't do. Of course, there are days when the Net is down and there are days when there is no net, and since I work online, I just have to rely on the Internet cafe those days.. Thank God for the Internet cafes, Gissi dear... and they have broadband in cafes too... not just stupid dial up like I have.
Cheers and happy Mylotting

like your mum, I cried too, getting tired of doing household chores, feeling sometimes I overdid and felt ill as well, however just surfing the net after, I feel fine and chatting with few friends makes my rosy world. I know it would be a boring time for me too, once I get admitted to the hospital for surgery, am sure would surely miss the net.
