How do you get away from your neighbor?????? HELP

Any of you have a neighbor that you just feel you would rather avoid? We have this neighbor that is just totally annoying! She asks for help with everything........help carry in groceries.....help with relationship problems....help with getting control of her children....help with changing light bulbs.. borrowing things: sugar, toliet paper, paper towels, butter and on and on! The most annoying thing is she will ask you to come over to help with something that should only take 5-10 minutes and THEN youre stuck there!!!!!!!!!!! No hope of leaving for hours, it makes me not even wanna talk to her. Now mind you i have tried the typical nice comments like ..."i really must be getting back home i have housework to do" IT DONT WORK!!! I hate feeling like i need to avoid her but what else can i really do????????
