pchickk17 one thing i find to be a great time saver is to clean all my fresh fruits and veggies as soon as i bring them home from the store. then i store them in containers. so when i'm ready to use them they are ready to be used! i also always keep an onion or two...

My favorite way to enjoy those fresh tomatoes is to make a fresh tomato bruschetta on a garlic toasted baquette, and enjoy it with a glass of Pinot Noir. If anyone wants the recipe, just ask!
