What kind of souces do you like?

In cooking, a sauce is liquid or sometimes semi-solid food served on or used in preparing other foods. Sauces are not normally consumed by themselves, they add flavor, moisture, and visual appeal to another dish. Sauces may be ready made sauces, usually bought, such as soy sacue, of freshly prepared by the cood, such as bechamel sauce, which is generally made just before serving. Sauces for salads are called salad dressing. Sauces made by deglazing a pan are called pan sauces. When I cook, I like to put one mix another my dishes, it will let the dishes very delicous. so my friends, what kind of souces do you like?

pasta is probably my favorite dish in the whole world! lol. this is because you can always make it differently by adding different sauces. and you can also change it up even further by adding things to the sauces as well. like you can have spaghetti with just a tomatoe sauce or you can have it with a tomatoe sauce and meet. you can have just alfredo sauce over noodles or chicken alfredo or shrimp alfredo or both together! my other favorite pasta sauces are piccata sauce, marsalla, scampi for sure! pesto sauce is great too... and tomatoe sauces mixed with a cream sauce as well! yum yum!! so many things you can do with pasta just by adding sauce you can always have it different! i also love it because it is inexpensive as well and you can make a lot of it at once and have leftovers :)

Yeah, I'm pleased to know you like the pasta too, I like tomato sauces, pasta sauces etc.

Barbecue sauce, salad dressings - I always look for different ones in the store. I love variety. I never buy the same one twice, except the basics like ranch, bleu cheese, etc.
I make my own scampi of course. You can't buy that.

Oh, I think it will be more delicious that you make the scampi by yourself.
