No towels with my shower

I got up a 3:30am still half asleep and went to take a shower right away. It was a nice and hot shower and felt good till I turned of the water opened the shower door and realized that someone ("SCONIBEAR") used the towels and was nice enough to put them in the dirty laundry but not nice enough to replace them with clean once. So I had to run my bare butt to the hall closet, the air conditioner came on in the meantime and now I'm cold. It doesn't happen often but when it does it's no fun. Has that ever happened to you?

No, I have not because I keep the towels in the bathroom drawers. If they is not one hanging on the rack I just open the drawer and get one out. When I was growing up we had a small closet in the bathroom and that is where my mom keep the towels so that is why I keep mine in the bathroom in the drawer.

That's what I would do but I don't have a lot of room. I have a little stand were I have small towels on that I use for my hair but the big ones are in the hall closet.

hehe i tend to keep my towel in the bathroom hanging in the shower i use it more then once since i'm clean when i get out of the shower! But it HAS happened to me before when we used to keep our towels in our room on a hook.. (the bathroom was too close to the kitchen in our old place and the towels would end up smelling like the food we cooked.. gross.

You're misleading all these people. You're making them assume that I used the towels because it was time for my monthly shower. You failed to mention that I used the towels in a state of panic because the toilet overflowed at 10:30 last night. The "Official Couple's Handbook" rules clearly state that if towels are used for anything other than bathing or showering then said user is not obligated to replace said towels. The handbook goes on to point out, under "Guidelines and Suggestions," When entering the bath or shower NEVER assume that your mate has supplied you with towels just as you should NEVER assume your mate left you with a sufficient amount of toilet paper.

Hey missy! I have had that happen to me, except I am usually the one who forgets to replace my towels! My bf and I replace our own towels so it is my own fault! It isn't so bad in the Summer because we don't use airconditioning, but in the Winter you can die if you have to open the bathroom door and let the nice warm steamy air from the shower out and let the cold air from the rest of the apartment in! So I know how you feel kinda! I hope you gave that bear a good talking to! (And thanks for being my 10,000th response)!

yes, not just once! i was wet already and realized that i didn't have a towel to wipe me dry. the easiest for me to do is to open the door a little and call my daughter to hand me the towel. of course, she always have comments, lol.... u are getting older, etc. i just laughed it off because it happens to her too. she too, forgets her towel and she is just 21.

i always make sure i do have the towel before i get it. before i keep forgetting. what i do is dressed again with my dirty clothes. take a towel inside the bathroom. then take a short shower again since i wore the dirty clothes on my out to take a towel. and so to make sure the smell of the dirty clothes will not leave any bad smell on my body so i need to take another shower.

That is funny and as well as really frustrating thing.Well many times it had happend with me but not that someone had used my clean towel but i myself forgot to keep the towel before going for shower and when i realised that i have forgotten it i had to run just the bear butt towards the room where i had to get them, lolz then i use to cover and then laugh over myself.

That's mean! To take your towel and don't replace it. You even need to run to the closet with nothing on, after a shower. I think you need to do something. No, it never happen to me, thankfully. We have our own towel and it's not hang or put in the bathroom. We hang ours in our own room. So there's no question who's taking whose towel.

Hello missybear...Have you gotten warm yet? I have had this happen to me. Actually more often than not. My hubby doesn't think about putting a towel back on the towel bar. We live in a camper right now and the bathroom is real small. It is not that far to grap a clean towel and hang back up. So this morning I heard him say..Oh my gosh I have no towel...I just laughed and said that aint no fun is it..I will have to say he put a clean towel back.LOL

I am the only female in a house of boys so you bet it happens to me ALL the time, no matter how many times I complain. I have come to the conclusion that it's just to difficult for them.
