Malunggay is my favorite, aside from it's nutritious content it's free from pesticides and surely 100 percent safe to our health. It is also a medicinal plant.

When I was younger it was hard to feed me veggies as my mom told me. But as I grew older and realized how good and necessary to the body vegetables are, I learned to eat a few vegetables little by little. I grew accustomed to the once hated taste and developed quite a liking for it. Because you can't always have the same thing right?
My favorite would be squash, pechay, and potatoes among a few more. I still have to develop a taste for ampalaya but I'll get there.

I like all types of vegetables and fruits. Here in our city we will get most of the vegetables, greens and fruits. We also get the imported fruits like grapes and apples. Here in India some people are pure vegetarians. I am a non-vegetarian but vegetables is an integral part of my diet.

Hi Hazel,
I know, most people avoid eating vegetables. Do you get bitter gourd in your country? It's one of my favourites. Another favourite is the spinach. All leafy vegetables are good for health and you should make it a regular item in your diet.
Most Filipinos I think love pork products. Correct? Eating too much of meat alone is not good. There are lots of vegetables that can be had raw and that is better than having it cooked. Use them to make salads.

I am not a vegetable lover but I do love to eat broccoli, cauliflower, pumpkin (cooked in coconut oil), asparagus, mushrooms (almost all kinds, sauteed in oil together with shrimps). Thinking of all those food makes me terribly hungry. Whew! Change topic, please! My stomach is growling already.
