belenalejandrino27 Malunggay is my favorite,aside from it's nutritious content it's free from pesticides and surely 100 percent safe to our health. It is also a medicinal plant.

belenalejandrino27 yes they are with the same genus. Maybe you don't like it because of it's sour taste. I believe its more effective when taken naturally and not processed.
