hello roni!
i think it is just normal and nothing to worry about...coz i believe that our menstruation can come days or week earlier or later...i have experienced it many times and maybe yes our works do affect it sometimes...but on my part, when i am more stressed it comes later...
but just like what the first poster says, if you feel some pain or notice other unusual things, better to consult your ob-gyne...

I think that is just normal when the person is over stressed.
It's either you have it few days earlier than your regular
cycle or later. Do not be scared unless you feel some pain
in your tummy. If it worries you a lot better see an ob-gyne.

hi toni. it was a very strong menstrutation and i stayed in bed mostly for two days. guess it was just that i was stressed for a busy and tiring Keiji birthday. but it was all worth it. two days of reat made it all okay, thanks for the response

Yes you can get fatigued, but from the sound of things, you have an iron deficiency; I suggest you see a doctor, take some iron pills and go from there. Mind you, you take them iron pills, you will notice a change of color in the urine, but it is ok. But if you want to, get a total checkup by the doc first.

Yes, stress can mess up your cycle, it is quite common, so try not to worry.
If it does not go back to normal, just have a little check with your doctor, but i know this is actually quite common.

I think it is different with some women... in my case when i am exhausted or is full of stress... my period usually arrives... and will be very short instead of the 3 - 5 days... but when life is okay... not too tired or stressful then i have regular periods... if you are scared a little... i think you should consult your gynecologist... she might give you a more helpful answer...

That is very common for your cycle to be a little crazy due to tiredness, stress, etc. There will be times when you'll get it early and sometimes very late. All due to the kind of lifestyle you are living with at the time. If your cycle keeps being extremely early for the next few months then maybe you should talk to a doctor about it. It could be something as simple as not getting enough iron too.
