the next mummy movie

You are right that at the end of the third one had a little hint at Peru because of Jonathan bringing the eye of Shang-Ri-La with him. I have no idea if I spelled that right lol. I think that everyone in the third one should come back except for Maria Bello who played Evie in the third one. She did not do it for me either. I liked Rachel better. I wish she would come back.

The Mummy movies are some of my top favorites. I loved the first two completely and totally. The third one I liked a little except for the new Evie. She didn't work for me. I didn't even buy it on DVD when it came out because of her. I keep thinking I'd like to own it but, can't quite make myself buy it. It's the new Evie that messes it up for me. I wish they could have gotten someone that was a little closer in looks and character to the original Evie. A new Mummy should have Brendan Fraser, of course, and his son and his son's new ladyfriend and Evie's brother, love that guy, Jonathan. But darn it, I want a different Evie. I don't have any preferences for where it should take place but didn't the end of the third movie hint at Peru, maybe? Not sure since I don't own the DVD.
