Role of internet in your life?

Hi my dear mylotters,
today i came up with a new question in my mind. What is the role that internet plays in your daily life? in other words how important is internet in your daily routine compared to others.
which is your favorite website and how do you rate that amongst other daily requirements?
For me internet conquers nearly 8 hours per day. without internet i can't even spend 1 hour during working hours or at home. I has become an part of my daily routine like food and clothes.
my favorite would be google, mylot, yahoo etc..

Hello ajayrock. I have to say that those sites you mentioned here are also my favorites. I use them a lot every day so long as I turn my laptop. It is true that the Internet plays a very important part in my life and work. I don't spend that much time as you do, but I spend a lot more hours on the Internet when it is my days off.

Yea I think that the Internet plays a huge role in everyone's life. I actually have a daily routine that uses the Internet too, I basically just wake up and then reply to some discussions on myLot, and then I just go on and do whatever I need to do on the Internet. The role of internet in my life? Simply, I spend minimum 2h on it and I think I couldn't live without, really, it's so great...

Internet plays a big role in my life - it is thru the internet that I communicate with my my friends and relatives, and most importantly my husband, we talk to each other everyday -he works in another country. We get to see each other and he sees the kids grow even when we're poles apart. Communication has never been this easy, and it's easy on the pocket too.

I have an online job so internet plays a very big role in my life. i won't be able to pay my bills if there is no internet. lol. internet has made my life more interesting. i learn a lot from the internet and i get to do a lot of things too.
