I'm a forgetful person and now think it's getting worse. I can forget where I just put my glasses or keys, sometimes forget what I was about to say. And that makes me really bad in verbal communication. I realized this has been increased greatly these 3-4 years, and it's so annoying and not comfortable to live with. I am yet thirties, but it's as if I'm over fifties. Really need help on this, what's your suggestion to cure it (or at least make it better). Any tricks or herbal or vitamins to help me?

LOL. It's a plague. No, really. You just need to get your priorities straight. I would say your keys are more important than your glasses, but only if you cannot see without your glasses. Try concentrating on your present actions, not what you did, or what you will do or say. As they say, 'Be in the Now.'

yeah, priority might help. As for 'be in the now', I don't think that can help me in the middle of a conversation with others. It's ridiculous when you're about to speak your mind about one topic, then right after you finish one sentence and about to continue to next sentence, you suddenly forget what you were going to say.

I recommend you see a doctor as your brain is an organ and could be in need of a bit of help. Medications you are currently taking can be messing with function. There are medications that can assist the memory as well as exercises that can help make the organ more organized. Do not take random gunk with out consulting him or her as you could do more harm than good with strange herbs and unapproved chemicals.

I am sorry to hear that.If your problem is so hard you must treat it seriously, since it can really bring some un-convenient points to your life.First you must release yourself, sometimes the more we are worried about one problem and the worse it becomes. So a positive emotion and attitude may help you.You should also have enough sleep time everyday, and get rid of drinking and smoking if you do.See a special doctor if necessary.
