Movies: Your Favorite line

It is interesting to note how many times lines thought to come from a movie is not what was said. I would love to say "play it again Sam" was my favorite movie line. But in the movie Rick said "play it again...you played it for her, you can play it for me". But I do like "here's looking at you kid", however I really like "no fighting in the War Room" from Dr. Strangelove. So what is your favor it line from a movie?
