Helium is a great place to write. It can be technical, so I will tell you how it works. You sign up, look up top of the page and click on write. Then, find title. When you find certain titles to articles, you will see several. Make sure to write an article in a place that has at least 3 other ones published under that title. Follow the things it shows you and submit article. You will need paypal to get paid. Once you reach $25 you can get paid the next month. Also, there are other ways to earn. Go to "write" and then to marketplace and see the articles there that people need. If you write very well and they choose yours, you can earn more there, too. If you have any questions, please message me and I will help you. I am Maryanne09 on there, too. I can send the url if you want, so you can read my articles there, and when you publish, send me your url and I will read yours. The more who read the articles, the more you earn. :o) Now, to get the stars there, you write 4 articles and get a writing star. Then, you will need to rate articles. At the top of the page, after you write some and sign in again, look up top and click on "rate". You will be shown two articles at a time to rate, and go from there. Do a few rates each day to get those stars. You will need 3 rating stars in order to write for the marketplace. :o) Have fun writing and earning!

Yeah, I have heard of it. But can't remember how much they pay for each article.
Any idea Maryanne09? How much can I get for a 400 word article?

I too write at Helium and have done so since January of this year. It can be a difficult site to figure out at first, but once you learn your way around, it can be quite lucrative.
I popped over to Helium to have a look at your profile Maryanne, but couldn't find it under this user name. I will look again, though, I always like reading the articles of others.
Thanks for offerting to help others, I wish I would have had a mentor when I first started there - lol. It could have cleared up a lot of confusion and hard work.
