I will set the alarm in my cellphone daily otherwise I will be late for work. The alarm will ring very 5 minutes to arouse me from sleeping. It is a tough time for me to get up so that I need to set the time half of an hour in advance in efforts not to delay the working time.
How about you? How long will it take to get up? Will you get up after you open your eyes? How did you make it? Will you get up later after you wake up? Appreciated that you can share yours here.

My timing are set at my cell phone alarm. When sleep late last night, then alarm is not enough for me. But usually i wake up daily very early. Same as you, i also set my time half an hour before prayer timing. Cellphone is really a wonderful thing for early getting up.

I have two alarm clocks beside me: my phone and my mother (lol). There are times when getting up is just so hard to do (especially cold mornings when all you want to do is curl up in your bed with a comforter and sleep all day). I set my alarm around 15-30 minutes before my expected time of waking up just so there's an allowance. Whenever my phone starts to ring, I'd usually press the snooze button then go back to sleep. My mother, who happens to know this habit of mine, would reinforce the alarm by knocking on my door really loud and shout "Wake up, I thought you wanted to be early??"
And whenever my mom wakes me up, I should get up really fast or she'd have a screaming fit afterwards :D

It depends. Sometimes, when I have a lot of problems, I'm having a hard time getting myself up until I find myself running around, trying to beat the buzz. LOL.

Yeah a true real life situation buddy....Even i use to seek the help of alarm in my mobile to wake up everyday (if i have college)....I should at least get up by 6 in the morning which i never do...Most of the time i will snooze the alarm and enjoy sleeping once again.......My mom struggles to wake me up...but not always....... someday i will sleep at the right time so that i can get up myself the next morning...So if you sleep earlier in such a way that you find 9 hours in bed then surely you can get up even before the alarm goes...When i was in college tour my friends were really worried how to wake me because i wont even respond to them if i am enjoying a sound sleep

I'm ashamed to know I'm always the last to get up. I'm a teacher and sometimes I work under terrible pressure, because something urgency keeps you in a nervous mood,so I'm always working to a tight deadline, when it's time to go to bed,it's nearly the time to get up...eg.12pm-4am,when it rings loudly,I hate myself working this way...,it's miserable! Now everything is going well and that's only old time's story, that's memorable to me,anyway,I love my job,and I'll sacrifice without complaining anything.

When wasrking, i was setting my cellphone alarm to wake me up every morning, and i did the same as you, because i was tired, and it was hard for me to get up . When you are tired for a long perioud of time , you need to sleep more, and when you don`t have time to sleep as much as you want, it`s quite hard to wake up .Even now, if i`m staying late in the night, it`s hard to wake up to go to college . Usually i`m up in less than 5 minutes after the alarm wakes me up .

I keep my alarm 10 minutes earlier than what I would take to get ready. The alarm on my mobile goes of every 5 minutes if its put on snooze. Sometimes I stop it and oversleep a bit, but I am sharp enough to get up soon which is a good thing. But mostly I am up on time and everything goes as planned. There are times when I dont feel like waking up especially if there is something unimportant.

Hello, Sasalove, I need alarm to wake me up also. Usually, I set the alarm 20 minutes before the time I should get up. My alarm ring every 10 minutes, I always get up at the second ring of my alarm, sometimes I miss turn it at the first ring, and fall into sleep again, then late for work... I am such a heavy sleeper...

I usually try to get up between five and ten minutes after my alarm goes off. if i don't there's a good chance I'll drift back off to dreamland. Sometimes I just lay in bed staring at the clock, waiting for the right time to get my sleepy self out of bed. Sometimes I feel like a zombie just getting up until I start movong around and getting dressed. Once I'm up, I'm up for the day.

In fact, getting up immediately when you open your eyes is not good for your health, even do some harm... most of people don't like to get up when the alarm rings ,because it's so hard doing this,But on the other hand it will be good for your body If you bilk your bed with a few minutes .
The only thing you want to keep in your mind is don't be late to your work....

It depends on some factors. If I get enough sleep and wake up naturally, it usually takes me several minutes to get up. But if I sleep too little or wake up suddenly, I often feel very uncomfortable and need some time to return to normal condition, the it takes me more time to get up. Season is also an important factor. I could usually get up quickly in spring, summer and autumn. But in winter, due to low temperature outside, I quite enjoy the warmness in the bedclothes. I guess you guys have the similar feelings at the same time.
