gossipgirl9 Same here! Sometimes its best if you take something for pain the first two days before your due to start. Make sure you are eating healthy and taking vitamins. Sometimes a heat pack works, a warm bath or extra sleep during this time.

gossipgirl9 I also having a hard time waking up and getting up. Sometimes the alarm just isn't good enough because I still fall back asleep. I need to be up and around for at least an hour..to function and think for my day.

gossipgirl9 Use a darker shade of eye shadow and some dark liner.Light opens up and dark recedes. Same goes for nail polish or lip color. Just like they say wearing black or dark clothes looks slimming.
