Any work at home job leads that pay more than just pennies?

I am sure you are all asking the same thing... " Are there any at home jobs that pay more than just a few pennies?" And if so, where? I know the pay per clicks only pay pennies and the surveys are a joke. Mylot is great, but lets face it, the pay is horrible. Customer Service jobs seem to be the way to go but you have to have a land line phone which everyone knows is a thing of the past and is really an extra expense to just use as a job line. I guess my question is does anyone know of a good online job that pays more than the usual disgrace of pennies and a few dollars a week? Any customer service jobs that don't require you to have a home phone (land line). I have skype and a mobile phone and I do have customer service experience, just don't see having to pay for a landline and then be told I did not get the job and be stuck with a phone line I am never going to use afterward. Any job leads would be greatly appreciated as I am a single mom of two that is unemployed and in desperate need of a job.
