Trying to reach up to 20 posts todays, but suddenly I just feel this is enough. It's so tiresome hanging in here for hours, scanning to the discussions lists to find something to reply. On the other hand, I can't even think a single topic to start. Lol, but I just started this one. How many posts do you reach daily before feeling tired or enough ? Do you often finds yourself keep postings to reach your self set target?

dpauli, I can't even make it to ten, so I hear what you are saying. I refuse to set a target because I would only disappoint myself by never reaching it. I just do what I can do, and then I am done for the day. Wish I could find a real life job that would let me do that!

I did not set a target neither, I stop while I feel tired. And continuing refleshing the web to find a post to respond is really a tired thing. I only start a post while I come up something in my mind and think it's worthy for discussion.

I don't have a target! I hardly ever do posts, that's a pain in the a**! I do responses and do well here, just doing that! I also join in and do comments on others opinions! The key is to do a comment as long as this one! tdemex

Ah come on you two, I see you both all over the boards helping out other people all the time. Don't be so bashful, Kudo's to both of you. Here are my smileys to you - "two thumbs up" / " two thumbs up" Not as cute as the ones you send, but what the heck is a newbie to do?

Hi! This is a good discussion because I was thinking of starting one like this. I do set a target on how many discussions I am going to post or respond, but sometimes when I go through all the discussions, I ended up reading without responding! I don't know if I can even reach my target. Right now I can say I can post not more than 20. I really got to keep up!

yeah i find it a tad bit hard to find a discussion to answer because i'm not interested in answering every discussion that i see. one time i had to go all the way to the second page and half way down the page i finally found a question i can write alot on and also one that not so boring to read. your is interesting by the way good job. and i think its smart what your doing to make a goal then log off because mylot might become boring if you stay on for hours not knowing when you want to quick usually my goal is 5 responses a day since i write so much in just one response to someone. and usually i like to end the day on even numbers. and if i don't leave on a even number that means i was disappointed with that day discussion or i couldn't find one discussion quick enough that interest me so i gave up. and thats my target 5 reponses and ending on a even number a tad bit weird i know. i have been compared to monk too many times.

hey ... maybe I did not until the 20th post, I was more responding tonew posts. Because the response does not necessarily follow the existing posts so you can take the time to respond to that post. Maybe then I can achieve more than the target post that I set. This discussion will be a lot of response. good post good post on myLot

I'm more to a responder too, and admit that it's easier to reply to new posts, rather than have to scan the entire replies then post our own

Yes I agree, if we respond to others posts in a day we can be more than 20 times posting. but unfortunately I was not much time to respond to existing posts so maybe I can answer just under 10 posts a day. how long have you come on this site? I have long but only 1 active week on this site

Well, I am quite a weak at will person. I do wish to do more than a 20 posts a day and start a few topics as well as comment on the replies in my past topics. But then that takes up so much of a toll on me that I am barely able to do a max of 10 in a day and then am totally exhausted. I try to speed up and do more but still am stuck at a max of 10 per day. There used to be a time when i wouldn't stop till I do a 40 but now a days its just all gone and just so tired and diverted. Hope I find my strength again. Take Care

Even though I set a higher target, most of the times, I never becomes reality. But it's always fun to aim at something & going for it rather than posting & posting. I even love my money growing everyday, after all the numbers does matter. Happy Lotting

hei dpauli,i have no target to how much i post everyday. someday i start discussion but sometimes i just answer. so i think it depends on the idea in my mind or the hot news that i had ever read

Hi dpauli, I set a target on how many posts I want to post here before but could not reach it. I set much higher then yours. It is better not to set any target because it is put some pressure on ourselves. Our posts also might affected by that. Usually we tent to give a short posts so we can save our time but if we are looking to earn here, it is not a good practice. Usually I look up to a certain interest to look for a discussion to response if I can not find it in "new" tab.

Hello Dpauli, Nice discussion you have there. It is good you set a target for your self. For me, I can only do about 10 post in 1 to 2 hours time. there I will start getting sick, don't know what I am writing. More ever I still have a lot of pending reply back to the responses I have received from my discussions.

We're just alike. Actually what I want to deliver in this discussion was that last day when I started discussion, I was about to determine to try to reach 20 posts, but then I was so bored when reaching only 10. Perhaps because this has been my habit in mylot, doing only 10 in average, so it's rather difficult to reach higher.

when first joining i set out to push myself to do as much as i could everyday no matter what was happening at home or in my life. I was setting a goal of responding to 20 and starting 5-10 discussions per day. Well i have since re thought all this goal stuff. I need to make extra money to send my son packages while he is deployed oversees for the military and this income would help offset the huge cost of shipping but on the other hand if i set my goals to high and overwhelm myself this wont be fun anymore and i would stop doing it. I enjoy being here and have decided to only post to topics i find im interested in or have somethings i want to share. New goal is to just participate each day as much as i feel comfortable with and still have it enjoyable.

WHen I started I was thinking on maybe 20 post aday, but I have the same problem as you. I scan the discussions for something that interests me, but I hardly find anything. So I started thinking on doing on of the tasks from Sharon Bucks, but haven't found one I like yet.

hello dpauli, same thing with me. most of the time when i reached my ten posts, i stop at once. that is my minimum post everyday. but if i'm in the mood, i can add five to seven more posts. trying to reach twenty posts daily, hope i can.

My target per day is to make ten responses and start three discussions. But, somtimes it is not possible to start threee discussions because of lack of ideas. But, I try to manage to respond to ten discussions to the least. Sometimes, I even respond to twenty discussions. On the other hand, somtimes I have a hard time finding interesting discussions to respond.

I really don't count how many I do a day, as I don't worry about it. I do as much as I can, and when I get tired I just quit. I do enough though so I can reach payout fasterc which I have done and then some. That is my goal to get payout every month, and I have been since I got the first one. I find too, that there are discussions that aren't all that intersting, as they are basically repeats of others that have already been posted. I sure do get tired of seeing all the repecated discussions. It is gettting boring. I avoid some of the one that are repeats though, as there isn't anymore I can add than I alreday have.I do searchers and find nothing, as well as I go through some of my interests and still not much to respond to. I do enjoy being here in spite of it and I will be here for the long run. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

hey there! also want to try posting discussions as many as possible. unfortunately, time restraints me from doing so. then i decided to make responses to different discussions instead. im actually multitasking right now, sending emails, checking some msgs and mylotting. when i stopped with the other tasks, that's the time i quit mylotting and prepare my stuff for going out and study. then go back home, fixing myself, crawling into bed with my phone accessing the internet thru wifi, checking emails again, mylotting and watching the news, then my eyes come drooping, turn off wifi and fall asleep. my activities everyday are not necessarily routinary except for the last part after crawling into bed. i will respond to the discussions until i feel sleepy. so there. :)

Interesting discussion! I personally don't set target as how many post I should manage per day. If I force myself then it's gonna be boring and tiresome. So I only post when I feel like it. Sitting in front of computer can be tiring. So I use my mobile browser instead. For me it's simpler and I can access mylot whenever I want, during lunch break, or relaxing time after work. So my suggestion is don't force yourself, keep it fun!
