Whats your top five unhealthy things that you consume?

Most people nowadays are looking for ways to eat healthy. But face it. We all still eat unhealthy things. I'm looking for five things that you consume, you know are bad for you, but you still eat or drink them. It can be anything. From candy to soft drinks.
Here are the things I like.
Candy (chocolate especially)
fast food burgers
fried foods
soda pop
cake and cookies
ice cream (I know thats number 6) lol
Now I dont et these things all the time but I do sneak them into my diet now and then. Moderation is th key. and if you are careful. You can still treat yourself

Damn, I've been caught out! You must have been watching me just about to tuck into a nice bar of fruit and nut chocolate. I think if I didn't go to the gym I would be the size of a horse by now, because I have such a sweet tooth! My five top unhealthy things, in no particular order are
Chocolate
Ice Cream (preferably Haagen Daz)
Crisps or you call them chips
Mums homemade Flapjack
Biscuits
Yes moderation is the key but sometimes you just need comfort food and a pig out day or even days! I can justify my unhealthy food by working out! I am not big on fast food I have to admit and I tend not to eat chips, burgers or anything greasy

I'm not that health conscious so I eat what I want and yet I guilty afterward's. Here's my top five:
Sodas
Sweets
Junkfoods
Oily foods
Fastfoods

I agree with you. There are some unhealthy food that we still love to eat.There are some that I should be avoided at all times such as Soda, that the average can of soda has 40 grams of sugar and 100 calories and instant food such as Instant Noodles that has lot of artificial preservatives.

I really don't eat a lot of junk food. I have to stop and think about this one. LOL Let's see now...

yes I agree that you can still treat yourself to those unhealthy food if you moderate it. For me, the 5 unhealthy items that I consume ever though I know is bad for me is
1) fried foods
2) soft drinks
3) tibits like potato chips
4) ice cream (who can resist it)
5) chocolate

Junk foods are a first, particularly chips. I would love to have chips after a meal or something. Haha. Then chocolates, white chocolate to be exact. I don't even like eating dark chocolate, which I know is more healthy to eat than white. I also love fast foods like fries, burger, etc. Then soft drinks, and too much fried foods also. Well, I noticed that we're kind of the same. Haha. Take care! :)

This is a great question. I try to eat everything in moderation, but I stil love to drink lots of hot tea (not green tea), but english breakfast tea, red rose, lipton. I know I drink too much all the time. Another is coffee, chocolate, blueberry muffins and pie.

i try to eat healthy food and stay away from the unhealthy food but whenever i'm having unhealthy food any day, that full day i have unhealthy food only. i like burger, french fries, softdrink, icecream and chinese food. i don't like chocolates so it cannot be a unhealthy thing for me.....

I like chocolate, soda pop, and many other things that are probably not the healthiest things. I don't care. I don't eat them to excess. A little is a treat. I like to treat myself to nice things.

My list is pretty much similar to yours. Mine is as follows (in no particular order LOL):
1) fast food burgers
2) sodas
3) ice cream
4) french fries
5) milk shakes
There is more, but as you said to only list 5 things, these are the 5 I'm sticking to.

I am not much of a candy eater, probably because I drink to much soda. I like more than 2 cups of coffee a day, about 2 sodas on average, sometimes chips plain. Every now and then I love a good burgar, but settle for the fast food kind. That's about it for me.

My top five things are similar to Wolfie's in the first response.
Again, in no particular order the bad things I consume are:
crisps
chocolate
cake
ice cream
ready meals
I also like fast food (like McD's) every so often. I make out that I'm going there as a treat for my daughter, but I like it too, lol! Oh, and I also love Chinese food. And Thai.

Hi mssnow, infruent indulgences don't really count in my mind so now and again I will eat jelly beans, and once opened the whole lot in one sitting, raw ginger biscuit dough, much nicer before it's cooked, bougatsa, but never locally or it would be daily, deep fried Southern chicken, but rarely as it stinks the house out, and loukanikppita but that ones off now as they seemed to change the sausage in it.

for me its empty carbs. like cake and cookies and pop. i know theres no nutritional value but i just cant avoid them totally. i would say the worst for me is pop. ive tried to subsitute flavored carbynated water but it just doesnt do it for me the same as pop. I dont drink pop with caffine so thats not it. If they could just make some sort of pop that is good for you that company would make a million lol
