whats your country special recipe?

hi jatacs well I for one anyway think that our famous 'dish here in the United States is plain old macaroni and cheese, most everyone loves it and eats it hot'or cold, but it must have plenty of cheese in it. I could eat that two times a day easily. I would love to taste your adobo, Ihave never seen it or tasted it either.' My table mate here is a filipino and she does not like cheese, or meat, or pasta,or most of our veggies, I am thinking she is not really typical of most filipinos is she? I know she has gout so maybe she is on a special diet. I just assumed that you had some of the same vegetables in the Philipines as we do here in the US.
