jatacs For me, yes because when you swim, you use every muscle of your body. Unlike some routine exercises where you focus on a certain part of the body to be developed, when you swim, you use all of your body parts.

jatacs if i dont know the answer for a question i better be honest and say that i dont know. But im willing to search for an answer if he/she wants. Its much safer than pretending knowing yet the outcome will surely produce bad integrity within oneself.
