are you lucky at winning contests??

If I didn't have bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck at all. I could be the only person entered in a draw, and would still manage not to win! In our local lottery, I can't even win the chance to "try again". Nope, any raffle/contest ticket I purchase is a donation only, for sure and for certain. For that reason, I only participate in those causes that have meaning for me, in much the same way you do. I think I was waiting at the airport the day my lucky ship came in

I never win any contest in real life since i have no luck at all...too bad However, i win contests on forum (that's why i like to make post at forum)many times. The cash i win is not much but the feeling is good :)

no i have never been lucky enough to win any online contest. I have won where performance counts like in dance contests but when it comes to be simply lucky i have never won any.

hi bookreadermom08 nope not me, only time I ever won anything was years ago in a contest in the local grocery store. I won twenty dollars,just to the penny what my grocery bill came to that same day and same time. that was the quickest I had ever spent any money. lol. For years I would put in my dollar towards the sweepstakes and we only won once and it came to a little over two dollars apiece for the tenof us so we put it inon more lottery tickets. b ut we never won the big lottery at all. The library crew never hit the big lottery.sad to say.

Hi Bookreadermom, We can't determine our luck. When our lucky star is coming, we will always be lucky in everything that we have done. I did joined a few contests in my whole life and not all contests win me a prizes. But some of them I really win prizes and of course, I am so happy for it. One of the contest that I joined every year is the Maggi Gawai Contest.this contest has started for the past 2 years and I joined it every year and I won a consolation prize for that 2 years.Although is not a big prize,but at least I won something. Now I really pray hard that I can win lottery in my life. That is the only thing that never strike in my life yet. Good luck !!

well joining in a contest usually falls in two things its either you lose or you win. but along the way you might fall down but the question there is are you gonna finish strong?? well those experinces in life just telling us that we must try and try until we suceeded in any challenges that were facing!! just put everything in our experiences and let those experiences be our weapon in our next battle..

At one time I would have said that I don't win contests either but this year I can't say that. Over at Gather.com, another social networking site, I enter as many of their contests as I find because I think I have just as good a chance as everyone else does to win, right? Well it's true, I do have as good a chance as everyone in a random drawing for the winners. And I have won several times over there this year. Sure, it's not a TV or anything huge like that but I am very pleased just to win anything at all! I have won several books, a $50 AMEX gift card, DVD, candy, wireless mouse and I have been very pleased with all of it! Some of my prizes I keep for myself and some I save and give as gifts. I love stretching my almost non-existent budget like that. Now to mention how excited I get when I win!

I'm usually not. Every once in awhile I'll get lucky and win something but I usually do not. I enter contests online all the time for various objects and I never win anything. I've won various contests during my lifetime but I usually never get that lucky. I usually am left standing there trying to figure out whyt his person won and I never really seemed to have a chance.

I'm not very lucky at winning contests either. As a matter of a fact, I have a free ticket for a lottery that I have yet to redeem because I never win. I agree that the no luck gene is better than the bad luck gene! And I have won a couple things, about a year ago I won 4 tickets to our college football team, and then 4 to our college basketball team. Nothing major, but I did win :)

I am not lucky at winning contests.there are several occasions though that I get prizes.in my last company's Christmas party,I won a coffee maker from the Christmas raffle.one time,I won gift certificates in a TV program because they chose my feedback as "letter of the day".I haven't won in raffles and lottery,but I don't mind thinking that someday,I'll win also.

I have never won anything in a contest in my life. even if the chances are supposed to be really good i still keep losing while everybody else wins. i guess i'm no luck like you as well.

Same with you. I never been lucky winning any contest ever since I was a a child and as I grow up, I never participated any contest for me not to get frustrated. I have also buy some raffle draw tickets none of those tickets wins.

just like you i have no luck in winning any raffle draw ,lotterty draw or even draw-ing hehehhe joke..even in playing cards or gambling i am not lucky also...even in love contest i also not lucky,always end up losing,so i dont joined in any of them anymore it will just waste my time and money...but if i get the chance to win a loads of money i will definitely donate some in an institution...but m lucky in winning true friends and having precious kids..have a nice weekend!!

Im so not lucky at winning things. I can try and try and I just dont win. My oldest daughter on the other hand and her husband seem to have gotten the lucky gene! They seem to always win things. Yeah so I more donate to worthy causes too! lol

wah! i was never lucky on my entire life!... i participated in anything available.. promotions, contests on malls, even the simple ones on the store, things like that, but i'm not just lucky!.. would really love to be a winner of this sort, and mind you, i am never going to give up! he he he.. i am still keen on buying tickets, or joining raffles, and i still do not want to lose hope that someday, i will still win some! no matter how minor would that be!.. hey, wish me luck! *wink*

No, I do not have good luck I play some sweepstakes and the powerball all the time and have yet to win big. I have won a few small amounts in the powerball but nothing big. I keep playing hoping to one day hit the big one. Only time will tell.

I have no luck lucky gene. I have not been lucky enough to win any contest not even in a Pick a number contest from 1 to 50 or 1 to 1000.I really get surprised to know how they win contests in a row!!! I think being hyper active is very much necessary in addition to having a very good luck to win contests.

If you are talking about the Burger King promotions that have two stickers, and one has a prize, the left one always has the prize. So always peel off the left one!
