hello jenely, to tell you the truth I don't afraid about that, because firstly I don't have a weight problem, and secondly I am not a person who gain weight easily! I am always that fit since I was a child, i never get too fat or get too thin, just stay what i am now! I like this. i have seen on of my friends lossing weight, he did a lot of work to loss weight, exercise a lot, but never see him loss a pound. I think maybe it is something that related to genes.

to tell you the truth, my friend, which I just mentioned in the previous response, was very picky about his diet, he never ate something that has too much energic, he don't like to eat anything that is too sweet, he don't even drink coca cola, ice screm, but he is that fat anyway... I hope that he can be thinner because if he success to do that, he will be a quite handsome guy, what a pity is , he is fat.

My baby girl was born in June and due to the fact that I lost much blood I had to take the first six weeks gently. Therefore I haven't got back to my normal weight. I so wish to lose lots of weight. Thanks for telling me about not eating after 6pm. I had that idea once but until now I had forgotten it. I will take my dogs out for a long walk this afternoon. Later this week I will go swimming with one of my friends.

After six don't work for me losing weight is my problem eversince. I losed weight last 3 years because of lack of sleep to my work before but now I gain all what I have lost. Now that Christmas is fast approaching I need to lose weight again because if I will not my problem with my hormonal imbalance would occur again. I don't want it to happen anymore that's why I'm control my rice intake but sometimes I'm crave in eating sweets and junkfoods. I tried to exercise and I try to drink ginger ale because from my research ginger aids in metabolisms.

yes.pretty much.i always consider a good figure as a sign of self-control.and people really look better when they are slim and fit.it feels good both from inside and ourside. and my weight has stayed stable since three years ago, which is a fact i am really happy with and i'd liek to keep it through healthy diet and proper exercise. however,my friends think me to be a little thinner.well , i guess gaining a little weight might be acceptable to me .lol

I also worry about gaining weight, so to keep myself on track, I have a notebook and everyday I list numbers 1 to 4 (because I only eat 4 times per day), and as I eat, I write down by the number what I ate. That way I know how many times I've eaten, and what I've eaten. Make sure what you are eating is healthy, and limit "unhealthy" food 1 every other day. WEIGH DAILY so you know when you are gaining weight! This is very important because you can see on the spot when you are gaining weight and loose it immediately. Then you will almost never gain weight!

yes its scary being fat bcos that is where normally person has lots of illness, like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetic and others plus i am not fat now so i can wear smaller clothes,if i get fat my clothes may not fit me anymore and i need some new ones, and that another problem that would lead to another problem which is the budget..ive tried that not to eat after 6 pm it didnt worked for me but when i broke up with my fiancee only two weeks i lost a lot and i didnt come back to that fat body anymore..guess to have problems is much better diet..easy and no expenses, and no diet pills hehehe joke..

I am not afraid of gaining wight because i am a boy. When i was in college i used to be very thin, then after eating good food in college my friends used to look at me and say that i have put on weight. How much i eat cheese, butter anything i do not tend to put on any weight.I am normal whatever i eat but when my sister eats sweets she tends to get fat very soon and she goes to the gym to remove the excess fat away.

I learned a long time ago as long as you eat right for the most part, keep active, you don't have to worry about gaining weight. And laugh and be happy. Negativity can lead to overeating....trust me. I lost my baggage years ago and do not plan on getting it back. Plus, once you come to terms with things in your life or life in general you find who you really are.

It’s been over a year since I’m so trying so hard to gain weight. I lose a lot of pounds when I got my first job. I was on a night shift and it was so hard for me to adjust my meal time. Now that they transferred me to dayshift, I eat whenever I can just to gain weight. If I see bulge or curves on my stomach, I get happy. Hehehe..

yeah i am afraid of gaining weight..and i was deeply worried when my well kept frame suddenly developed a bulge in the belly region due to 4 long months of exerciseless months.but now i am taking stringent measures to make sure that i regain my old frame ..for which i am now exercising rigorously daily and no eating after 6 pm..which i am happy to hear that i am not the only one following the routine..and situps..regulated dite..no fatty food...and i am rapidly improving..

I am not afraid of losing weight as I have trouble gaining weight! Not that I am really concerned about gaining weight, but I am pretty thin! I used to be a lot heavier, but I gave up eating meat and dairy and now eat a mostly raw vegan diet which is a great way to lose weight and have more energy. You are right about not eating after 6.00pm as the body slows down its digestion for the night then!

I was a bit bulky when in my youth. Now I am just nice in terms of my body mass index.Thank God, I cannot gain weight that easily. I have been eating quite a lot lately because of wedding dinners.

Absolutely not. It's rather the opposite - I am trying to put on weight and find it really hard. But my husband just lost a lot of weight and it was a combination of healthy eating, exercise and staying away from the treats. He finds it hard to keep going though. It's been months already.

I hate gaining weight. I was just recently looking at some old pictures, of when I was playing basketball, and it kinda kicked me in the but to start dieting again. I don't like having extra weight, but sometimes it just gets away from you and you don't realize you're gaining so much weight. My tip is to drink LOADS of water, that really helps and you are less hungry because your stomach is so full. Another things is to have the water be ice cold, that helps you burn more calories because your body has to heat the water up. Green tea is also helpful, it speeds up your metabolism and gives you a natural caffeine boost. good luck guys.

I do think we are all afraid of gaining weight, even for those who cannot gain weight. It is true that a balance is required in terms of what we eat and how we expend our energy. Not to eat after 6pm.lol. some say 5pm. some say 8pm. I feel this is subjective. The rule should be one should wait at least 4 hours after food before plunging into the bed.. btw, bowel movement should be after every meal.

Gaining weight has always been my biggest fear, since I had been unemployed since last year. Every time I start to eat, I get depressed of not being hired in a workplace. I feel better drinking juices whenever I am hungry.

Of course I am afraid to gain weight. I graduated high school in 2003 and I weighed about 100 lbs. Now being 20lbs heavier I feel comfortable with what I weight, but I dont want to gain anymore than that. My metabolism is slowing down and I cant eat the same things I used to without exercising. So yes I am afraid of getting big, but i never will because I ahve the motivation to NOT get big.
