If you have a problem you will eat and sleep much more or can t sleep or eat?

I am one who will eat just to survive if i have a problem, but i can t really sleep, i just stay and thinking in that problem a lot, and thinking again;
I like walking, alone, and told with myself, i don t like talk or make conversation, i need my space, to be just me and my thoughts.
How you deal with this situation, when you have a problem, you really can eat and sleep normal?

my eating or sleeping habits do not change if i have a problem. i share my problems with my daughter. sometimes we go out and do window shopping in the mall. i try to divert the problem with other things, like watching tv or playing badminton, or go walking around the oval at the sports center. most of all, i don't forget to pray for guidance and help from above.

It is said that food has great therapeutic values and if a person is depressed, s/he tends to eat more coz food livens up the mood of the depressed person. Obesity and depression form a vicious cycle as one is depressed if suffering from obesity and the more depressed one becomes, food looks like the best bet to beat it!
So if I am suffering from a problem, in all probability, I would eat more only to distract myself and feel good.
Sleep is something different and it might be really difficult for me to sleep if I am in some serious problem and pondering over it continuously.

If i have a problem i will eat comparatively less than what I usually have. I would like to have some space when I have a problem at the same time i will not be alone for a very long time as I will keep thinking about it constantly.. I would prefer to stay in a group and chat it out so that i can relieve my mind from that! :)

I will eat more, sleep more, walk more, probably read more to relieve the stress that comes with the problem.
The only thing is that I dont like to talk much when I need to solve a problem. Even though talking helps, but I like to think over, and reach a solution before talk over it with others.

If i have a very difficult problem i eat a lot.If i'm sad or depressed i drink a lot.If i'm worried i don't sleep well. If i think a lot it leads to stress and effects my sleep.If i have a problem i start thinking and that makes me absent minded.I listen to music as it elevates me and i listen to discourses of famous spiritual leaders as they lift my mood.If i cant get sleep i make it a point to reverse my thinking the next day so i can get over it.

Everybody do have problems my friend but problem how do we handle these problem. And sometimes our appetite is affected especially if the problem is a bit big.But there are also situations wherein we don't have much of a problem but yet our appetite is also affected like sometimes when we are really happy sometimes we forget to eat.
When I have a problem I want to be alone for a while my reason is to focus more on the problem and possibly could find a solution. Sometimes I do like walking at public places looking at people's faces because sometimes when I say faces of individuals I began to see myself as if I am not alone having a problem.
I also faced problems wherein I cannot sleep that much because my mind keeps on thinking about it. Problem and appetite are connected with each other one cannot eat when one has problem but others can even though they have a problem. I guess the main point is it really depends on how heavy or light your problem is.

hi dear i am a kind of person who will not be able to either eat or sleep if there is any problem , any serious problem in my life. i will suffer and have sleepless nights and my hunger will vanish. i can have coffee or black tea at times but not much. i will feel too tensed . i would not like to be disturbed because when i am sad or tensed i want my space to sit, think and try how i can sort out things and solve the situation or the problem.

i am a kind of person who can really not be normal as usual when i have problems and it reflects from my face. i really feel sick when i have problems, i just keep thinking about it and i will not be able to sleep and i would not be able to even eat my meals properly and it is like i would sometimes even fal sick if the problems are severe enough. but someties when i think about this topic i would feel that instead of taking any tension and worrying and spoiling health it is better why not try to solve that poblem and find any solution for it and try to be happy as much as i can. because when we are worried it is nt that it only effects us but it can also effect the family and it is always better not to remove our frustation on the kis and others in the family and try to remove some solution for the problem, dont you think so what i am telling is right ?

Well see i think when i am depressed i cannot sleep or i cannot even eat properly, i know many people when they are depressed they tend to eat a lot.My friend i remember when she is into problems or depressed she eats a lot and lot of chocolates, i get very scared that she will soon gain due to it.[/i]

When I have a huge problem or I feel depressed I sleep a lot. When I'm asleep I don't feel the hurt that I feel when I'm awake, and time passes quickly. Wow, this is really depressing. It made me remember the times when I was really depressed, and my life isn't exactly happy right now. I just hope that my troubles would be over soon and that I will go back to living a normal, peaceful life.

I am the same, I cannot even think about food let alone sleep. Acually, I should eat in order to get energy and enough sleep to think clearly and find the solution to the problem. But, it does not work this way with me.I get really anxious, my stomach is turning upside down and I get restless, pace a lot just thinking how to end the problem as quickly as possible.

when there's a problem that's really bothering me, i usually stay in the office for how many hours. as long as im occupied -- the better. i don't go over feeding myself or sleep so i can't think of problems. it'll tire me more or it'll drag me more closer the the problem.

I have heard many people saying that they hardly eat or sleep when they have a problem. I am on the other way. I would like to eat a lot - full stomach when I am tensed or worried about something. After haivng stomach full of my favorite food, I go for a sleep. Once I come out of the sleep, I will be out of the problem most probably.

If I have problems, my sleeping and eating pattern isn't affected at all. I will still think of the problem but I still eat and sleep like usual. Not sleeping and eating will only bring more problems to me.
It's helpful to talk to others when we're having trouble. Even if they can't help, they can hear and it will make you feel a bit better.

I am the type of person that can't sleep when I have really major problems. I do eat quite a lot, but I can never tell when I'm eating more because I have a problem or I simply have a huge appetite. But when it comes to sleeping, I really can't sleep well if I have a problem especially if it deals with heart matters. I would most probably just toss and turn all night and even day. I hate having problems because I am not able to sleep at all until everything is alright.

Whenever I am stressed, I can't sleep and I eat a lot. I tend to reflect on what happened, and I pray to God to give me strength. I surrender all of my burdens to Him, as I know that I cannot solve all of my problems on my own. I read the Bible, listen to some Gospel songs, and I feel better. :)

my eating and sleeping will depend on the extent of the problem. if its heavy i don't eat and have a hard time sleeping but if mild then no one can stop me eating.
