do you get tired after strolling or shopping at the mall?

Everytime I go to the mall, either shop or just stroll around, I get really tired when I arrive at home. Sometimes, I immediately go to bed and sleep the rest of the night. are you like that?

It is a science proven fact that you will get tired after taking a stroll or shopping around a big or small area like the mall because you are recycling air with everyone around you, re-breathing the same are for the time you are in the mall and not breathing fresh air to wake you up will make you very tired. hello radiance, I like shopping during weekends, and when I go there, I like to see everything and study, even though sometimes i don't even wanna buy, my friends are like me. but even though we didn't intend to buy anything, we always end up buying something that we don't need. When I went home, I would place those things in a suitable place, and have bath or so. Then I would read like before, or even see a movie. Seems that shopping does not effect that much about my later day. But one thing I can be sure, that night, I would have a good sleep.

I do. I moved in to a new city for my first job. Since I don’t know anybody here before, I just spend my days in the mall. Getting myself tired and sleepy so I can sleep right away when I get home. But even before, I spend lots and lots of time when shopping. I just can’t decide..

I'm not usually that tired if I'm shopping or strolling in the mall... Not unless I'm with my wife and it takes us more than 6 hours to do every errand or shopping that she wants to... Good thing it only happens once a week...
