do you get tired after strolling or shopping at the mall?

Everytime I go to the mall, either shop or just stroll around, I get really tired when I arrive at home. Sometimes, I immediately go to bed and sleep the rest of the night. are you like that?

Cafourx It is a science proven fact that you will get tired after taking a stroll or shopping around a big or small area like the mall because you are recycling air with everyone around you, re-breathing the same are for the time you are in the mall and not breathing...
