Does your significant other sleep in the bed with you?

For those of you who are married or live together. Do you two generally sleep together in the bed at night, or does one of you usually end up spending the night on the couch, or somewhere else?
If the person you were with spent most nights on the couch because they were more comfortable there, too hot in the bedroom, too cold in the bedroom, etc (depending on the day), would you find a problem with that, or is it more just a traditional stereotype that couples sleep together at night (excluding of course people working opposite shifts, special circumstances)?

Well I don't live with my boyfriend as of yet but everytime I do get a chance to sleep over with him I do. I enjoy having someone to hold and be near while I sleep. To be honest? If in the future after we get married and are living together, if he made a habbit out of sleeping on the couch more then with me, I don't think I could handle that. For me personally, falls asleep together is important quality time together that is important when the daytime is too busy for that. So I would have a hard time with my partner sleeping somewhere else every night then with me.

Thanks. So, it's not just me then. I'm wondering if I'm just being nuts by asking him to move to the bedroom when he passes out, or when he goes to bed. Especially since I'm getting further along in my pregnancy (it makes me nervous sleeping in there alone at night, just in case). For some reason, this needs to be an argument every night, though, because I'm ruining his comfort.
