i usually take tea twice a day and not more and it is addictive. when i dont have tea on time that is after my breakfast and in the evening i really remember to take tea and i think that it is one kind of addiction as we get that habbit of drinking and when we dont take it we remember and feel like consuming tea, but takin tea in excess is also not good.

Even though I drink both tea & coffee from my child hood, I never found either of the mas addictive. It's very true that tea has more than 30 health benefits & more over it's a good drink to have. So I have it & I don't think I'm addicted to it.

Tea gives us a sort of refreshment. it stimulates our nerves and brain and it has got some health benefits also which makes people urge for it. There are many types of teas. For the people who are health conscious, green tea is there. people with indigestion and gastric problems, ginger and lemon tea, for those who do not like plain tea, spicy tea made of cardamon, clove, cinnamon, basil leaves and pepper corns tea is there which keeps them energetic and may be this is the reason, people become addicted to it.
