Have you ever yelled at the television durring a football game?

I have never yelled at the television durring the football game. My boyfriend is a big football fan and when watching the football game on the television he will yell at the television. I don't really get the point because you are not actually there and noone can hear you yell except for the people in the house. I find this funny watching him get mad at the players and yelling at the television. He really gets into it when he is watching the game. It is entertaining to watch.

My roommate and i are both very big nfl fans. If there is a game on television then it is on here. We always yell at the tv. I just get into the game so much and have to yell, especially if it is my team that is playing.

only every game!! LOL I got a few strange looks last sunday at work we had the TV on watching the games and I yelled at the TV I looked around and there were several men staring at me like I was crazy I guess they never saw a woman get excited over a football game LOL

I am not a football fan so I don't even watch the games (except Superbowl sometimes), but I use to date a guy that was a huge fan and he also had mean temper. One time he got so angry at a game he threw the TV out the window! Later he realized how stupid that was.

I have to admit that I do this. lol. I don't know why but I do. I was watching a football game at my moms house last sunday and we were both yelling at the tv. I think its just how we express our feelings when something good or bad happens.

Why would he yell at the television, it isn't doing anything wrong - LOL No, I don't yell at sports on tv, but that seems to be a mighty popular past-time though. I laugh out loud at people all tensed up on the edge of the sofa, yelling stuff at the players; like they are listening, right? I really like it when they curse out the umpire, referee, whatever sport it happens to be. Do you want to have some fun with this? Try videotaping him (without sound) and without showing the tv sports broadcast. Then play it back for him, preferably in front of other people. Now that is funny....
