I also prefer reading the traditional books, but sometimes ebooks works well, specially when I'm reading at work. lol. It would seem that I was just reading a normal material for my work, when in fact, for the last days i have been hooked on the twilight saga. lol.
Though I don't do this often, cause it really hurts my eyes, plus I don't get any work done. hahaha. the last ebook I read was the lost symbol by Dan Brown.. the book is good and I'm planning on getting a copy when the paperback is released. Hard bounds don't really work for me, they are heavy and hard to read. hehehe.

I prefer traditional books because sometimes if I stare at the computer for a long time, I get headaches. However, ebooks are easier to find and cheaper than traditional books. I usually read business ebooks but if it is a novel, I prefer reading it in traditional book form. :)

I definitely prefer physical books over online books. You have to physically engage with traditional books more than with online books. Traditional books have a distinctive smell. They smell like a well-cared for home. They smell like happy memories and children's imagined adventures. Books have character. There is not much that is better than curling up with a good book.

I prefer to read traditonal books. It feels good to sit in a comfy chair and read a book. Like others, the computer light tends to hurt my eyes. Also with traditional books, I can carry them in my purse and have them with me to read while I wait at a doctor's appointment, while getting my car services, or some other down time. An e-book just isn't that convenient for me.

I've heard a lot of good things about the newest electronic readers (i.e. Kindle, sold by Amazon), but I personally prefer reading books the good old way, which is on paper (d'oh). But who can tell what the future will look like; especially the Kindle book-reader is already reported to have a unique screen illumination technology, which makes it feel almost as natural to read e-books as paper books.
As for reading e-books on my computer screen? I hate it and I will absolutely never get used to it. I much rather print it out and then read it on paper.. :)

i still prefer to read the traditional books as i don't like to sit for too long in front of the computer and read stuffs... my eyes will get hurt if i do that... also, with traditional books, i can carry them everywhere with me... so i still prefer traditional books much more than e-books... take care and have a nice day...

I'm okay with both ebooks and traditional books. for me, i can curl up in the sofa with either an ebook reader or a book and still be comfortable both ways. also, reading on the computer is kind of fun. you can multi-task. :) like listening to music and waiting for that movie to finish loading so you can watch it later. both methods of reading have their own advantages and disadvantages. i just learnt to see the benefits. :)

I don't read e-books, because my eyes gets tired easily on reading something in front of the computer so i just prefer reading the traditional books which can be borrowed from friends or from the library.

I read in books when I was a child. After that I took a long break from reading. But ebooks brought back the reader in me. I have read so much of literature in form of ebooks only. Not that I do not like to read in traditional books but once got accustomed, there is no difference between both.

I prefer traditional books. However, I have been eyeing one of those electronic readers that you can download ebooks to. I am hoping they come down in price quite a bit.

I personally prefer to read traditional books as opposed to ebooks. I can read for much longer using a book- the compute just gives me a headache and after a while the words blur together. It is also much easier to remember where I was at in the story with an actual book.

Still loved to read the books on its hard bound cover. I use to trade and buy books from books shops as they are cheaper. And many people prefer reading books too. I've seen them almost everyday especially on buses in the middle of a heavy traffic. Very effective way to let the time pass.

I prefer to read regular books. It is way better to curl up in your bed and relax for a couple of hours and just loose yourself in the pages. Books on the internet are ok but you have to factor in the fact of sitting in computer chair and cranning your neck to see the darn thing.
