Because of the heartaches and all,I felt like, I'm going crazy sometimes. Depression sometimes eats up my system and I'm easily irritated. I burst up with just a small conflict that if I just want to,can be resolve without a fight. Whenever I want to do something and I can't do it right away, I feel angry and gets so upset that I could throw a sack of rice to anyone who gets in my way. So, what I did as not to feel depressed, I think of happy thoughts all the time... I play with my kids and when I'm upset....I count 1-100 and it worked. I cool down again.

I give you a sentense:There be!It means take something easy. You just think too much about your bad experience and make yourself uneasy.Life is so beautiful you should not think about something unnecessary.Just be still to everything. It wil be fine.

You are probably no more crazy than anyone else walking down the street these days. Life is hard and all of us know it. Each of us hold our own unique perspective of the world and I am pretty sure that almost everybody would feel as though they are going crazy at times. You can't control what life lends you but you can control how you deal with it and the lessons you draw from these experiences. Use what works for you and your lifestyle and throw anything else aside. Try to remember that feelings are not forever and have faith.

I was told a long time ago that I should take deep breaths to calm myself down in times like that, I guess counting to 100 is in affect giving you time to get that air into you...I hope you can work it all out because life is so short and should be enjoyed...

No you are not crazy...I relate to what you wrote because I was going through very similar experiences especially in regard to feeling irritable. My anger got so bad that I saw my doctor about it. My GP mentioned that it was related to depression and prescribed antidepressants for me which I was not keen to take; she explained to me that it didn’t have to be long term and that I needed to rectify this situation as soon as possible. She recommended a counsellor as well who I am due to see next week. Although I was very reluctant to take the medication; I have been on it for almost a month and I have to say I feel like a new person. I still feel a little sad at times but that awful anger has disappeared which makes me a lot more pleasant to live with!
