You are worth just as much as everybody around you. Your nickname suggests that you are 16 years old. If so, you are passing through a stage of life where your emotions are extremely strong, pulsing and fluctuating all the time, and this feeling that you are too easy to push over, is most likely a passing stage.
If you consider yourself to be a "pushover" I consider that a good thing because it tells me you are a good person, who still believes in the good in people. Do not be afraid to talk to someone about it and if necessary, get some help to deal with your emotions, or it may get to you and wear you out. I am not without experience in that area, and like I said it is nothing to be ashamed of. Talking to someone who understands can help you more than you would ever know.
None of us can really help you with this, if you are carrying around these heavy emotions in your daily life. Taking advice from strangers on the Internet is not a good to deal with it; people without the necessary education and knowledge in the field may do more damage than good. You really should talk to someone in person.
I hope I am not being condescending toward you, that was not my intention! I have been through so many rough patches in my life, I at least have an idea what you are going through with this.

The bible says you should love thy neighbor. And you shouldnt return evil for evil. And the golden rule treat others as you yourself would want to be treated. And you know what if you are always nice to others it will come back to you. The lord blesses those who bless others. So you just keep on being a nice person as long as no one is physically or mentally hurting you than you shouldnt feel bad about it. Hopefully some of the people you are being nice to will pick up a few lessons from you. We could use a lot more nice people in this world :)
