My dr said my chlosteral is a little high but when I look at the foods I eat daily most of them have no or very little chlosteral??? So I am not sure what I am suppose to be doing to lower it. I guess souluble fiber helps? anyone...

I have found that when people talk about GOD they always follow it up with He is this or that. Why is GOD referred to as a HE? Why not a SHE or an IT? What do you think GOD is exactly? Why do you think that?

nextellady never gave much thought to it really I always thought of God as he because the bible speaks that when he made adam he made him in his image. I truely do think of god in the spirit figure though. Lets hope we all find the answers to all of our questions one day...

nextellady yes i like to do it myself also, i think it goes with the holiday spirit and is half the fun of the whole thing. having them wrapped is very boring to me and actually cuts out my happy spirit!
