how o I lower my chlosteral?

My dr said my chlosteral is a little high but when I look at the foods I eat daily most of them have no or very little chlosteral??? So I am not sure what I am suppose to be doing to lower it. I guess souluble fiber helps? anyone have any ideas or share with me what you eat to lower your levels?

Hi, If u want to reduce cholesterol, what u can do is, you can do good exercise so that you sweat a lot. The more you sweat the fats or cholesterol in your body breaks or it dissolves.

I hate sweating lol I live in florida its burning up here with out excercise. Honestly though I guess that does make since. Thanks

My wife is a nurse and she advice me to have an exercise and watch my diet,well she said to lessen my in take of faty foods and high in cholesterol foods , i found out that canned foods has a lot of cholesterol, and we should used vegetable oil or corn oil to cook foods, Also we should eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, yes fiber,
