Hello my mylot friends, I love chicken from Fried to Baked and Bar-B-Qued yes chicken is the best meat on the market and it is good for you as well. My Mom recently passed away and she would make the best Fried Chicken in the world, I make a pretty good Fried Chicken as well but not like Mom's. If I had too I could eat chicken everday even on Sundays. Being a Chef I can make chicken many different ways from fried to Sauted, Baked, Qued and even Steamed if you can name it I may have made it at one time or another. So tell me my mylot friend what type of chicken do you love the most?

Hello reasco1, Wonderful to know a chicken lover and a topic dedicated exclusive to chicken dishes! My fiance and I are total chicken freaks and love it in all its forms - fried, gravy, with rice,in soup, roasted etc. The indian cuisine has some really nice ways of making a spicy steamy chicken dish that can be had with rice or bread. Its a staple food here! Do try out an indian chicken curry(like Chicken tikka, chicken punjabi, tandoori chicken, chicken chettinadu) sometime and let me know if you like it.. all the best! Cheers, Karen

sorry about you moms dude, hope that you are doing okay..... i am an amateur chef, and as for chicken, i love chicken, it is my meat of choice. okay sometimes i will have some beef like maybe once every 2 or so months and also fish. but chicken wins out every time. i make baked chicken with a sweet and sour garlic sauce, so it is all sticky and yummy. lemon and herb baked chicken, chicken curry, chicken stew, chicken and vegetable soup. i cannot stress how much i love chicken, omg! i don't do the fried chicken bit, being that it is not very healthy i do not make it, but i do so love the smell of it when it has been done right. i might try to make a chicken pot pie soon, who knows! oooh maybe enchiladas too, even though they are not the healthiest of meals, yummo!

15.00, wow did they by any chance wear masks and wield weapons, bandits i say, bandits. well at least you are still cooking, you have not let them get you down. i have never cooked professionally. my family says that i should, but i feel that doing so, would kill my cooking joy.

My favourite way of doing chicken is putting the Keg spice on the chicken before cooking it. We actually found the spice in the grocery store and it is the best way of doing chicken. I also like it when my husband barbeque's too but sometimes it doesn't come out cooked when he does it.

I like chicken too. Probably not as well as you do but I do like it a lot. My mom used to make this great hawaiin chicken that was just delicious. After us kids grew up and moved out of the house it turned into a traditional dish at our Christmas eve get together. Mom is gone but we continue it and look forward to it. You mix Russian dressing, pineapple preserves & a packet of lipton onion soup together to make a sauce. I don't know the amounts of the dressing or preserves because I just keep adding until it tastes right. You cook the chicken and about 1/2 hour before it is done you spread this sauce over it and finish cooking. I know it sounds like a nasty combination but it is just amazing. you should try it. I'm sure you'll love it.

Thanks for your comment, you just keep on trying to fry that fried chicken try getting a pressure cooker with a timer. In a pan cook it at medium too low fire for best results for about 10 to 15 minutes, good luck.

I love chicken - roasted is great and fried is lovely! It's great in curries too and cold in salads. My boyfriend loves chicken more than me and would probably eat it everyday if he could. Domonos Pizza chicken kickers are the best!

I'm from Buffalo, New York. The only way to eat chicken is in the form of chicken wings soaking in delicious hot-sauce and dipped in blue-cheese dressing. Come to Buffalo and go to the Anchor Bar or Duff's for authentic chicken wings (my two favorite places!).

Any kind of dish prepared with chicken,i just love it.The most favourite is fried chicken seasoned with pepper.I also enjoy having chicken kebabs. Then my mom prepares chicken liver fry also,i swear it just looks like cadbury chocolate pieces.Next time any of you want your child to have chicken, try chicken liver fries as starters.Kids just love it and will continue having it.Chicken is the best option for all those out there who want to cut down extra weight but still cannot give up non-vegetarian foods.Chicken is rich in protein and other nutrients, and good for health when consumed twice or thrice a week.
