How do you delete all memory from Google Chrome?

For some personal reasons, I want to delete all the memory but I don't know how to do that in Google Chrome. I have a bunch of options in some of the websites I go to. Usually, I will delete all histories once close the Firefox browser. But now, I have visited all websites in Google Chrome, which is not familiar to me. Could you show me the steps how to delete the memory? Thank you.
