ramo44 Type "msconfig" in run window ( To open run windows just press winkey+R ). and check for the program which loading the software installation... Or uncheck all the unwanted applications...

ramo44 open the ccleaner and go to application tab and check the chrome browser tab and all its related contents and then run run the cleaner , I think that solves your problem...
